I used to love getting my cakes done here but that was a long time ago the quality has went down tremendously I ordered a cake for my daughter a full sheet with an edible hello Kitty the edible image was just slapped on there it was crooked and it just looked terrible I would not recommend getting a full sheet cake at this particular Walmart

Second time I have ordered a cake and I’ve looked directly at three employees that have not even said nor asked anything isn’t that your job to assist customers? I’ve been here 30 mins waiting for my cake and every employee is in the back hiding.

I ordered 2 German Chocolate cakes online for delivery. I went in to the store to MAKE SURE they had my order and would have it ready and delivered on time, I was ensured by 3 employees which included a manager. I woke up to an email on the day of delivery that they didn't have what I ordered and were substituting, which I checked the box to NOT do, and they still delivered the wrong products even after the substitution. I went into complain and the manager stated she could give me the cakes right then. THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU DELIVER THEM? I was also asked what "I wanted her to do about it". My suggestion...do NOT use this bakery, at least not online, but I had ZERO luck going into the store as well so best to skip this department all together! I dealt with a total of 4 people who could not get an order for a German Chocolate cake correct FOUR days in advance. I ended up with a refund for half of what I paid.

I hate Walmart. I usually only come here for dog food and vitamins. But I needed a cake for my daughter's birthday and it was the day of because of an error elsewhere. Decorator had just left but the Deli clerk was kind enough to let me know someone else was coming at 1. Alyssa came in she was super kind & decorated two cakes from the case for me last minute. Made it look fantastic and it was a big hit for my daughter's party. She completely changed my view on Walmart and I will most likely get my teeth from their in the future! Thank you Alyssa!!?
