My recent visit to the coffee shop was underwhelming from start to finish. Ordering outside from a window only to then search for a table inside felt awkward. Once indoors, the lack of decoration made the atmosphere unwelcoming. And to top it off, the coffee and almond croissant were both disappointing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that I wouldn't rush to repeat.

I’ve been here a few times and have always had a great experience! I love the concept of just walking up to the window and ordering outside. They give my dog a treat every time we come, which is really nice. I definitely recommend the veggie breakfast burrito and the blueberry almond croissant. They have a nice variety of hot and cold drinks, and plenty of baked goods to choose from. Will definitely be back soon!

I stop and grab a coffee, sometimes a burrito as well, before I walk around Wash Park. Their raspberry mochas are always delicious and the burritos are as filling as they are yummy. I enjoy their outdoor ordering service, plenty of space to wait for your order and you get to enjoy all the pets walking by.

Cool place! You order outside but there is inside and outside seating. The server was awesome! We had a great conversation. We will def go back when it’s warmer cuz the outdoor seating is awesome! The coffee was great but not as hot as we like it. Husband and I always get vanilla lattes so we can compare fairly.
I have always loved Wash Perk - a fabulous neighborhood coffee shop. I stopped by today with a friend and I was dismayed at the process and overall atmosphere. You are required to place your coffee order outside and wait for it to be complete before getting a table inside. On a beautiful summer, sunny day, that could be awesome, but today was 40 degrees and raining and waiting to order and receive my drink in the weather seemed unreasonable. Once we were inside, I wanted some sugar for my drink and I had to walk around the front of the building to request sugar. Inside the coffee shop, the cozy, fun atmosphere is gone. Such a shame for a fabulous establishment.The coffee and chai tea tasted great but their process and atmosphere inside will direct me to go elsewhere for my coffee.

Nice neighborhood coffee shop close to Washington Park. Comfortable indoor seating and outdoor tables along the sidewalk. Normal range of cofffee and tea selections, good pastries and some sandwiches and burritos. Order at the window outside but you can bring your food and drinks inside. Excellent neighborhood find!
