Absolutely loved this spot. While my husband was in Twist and Shout and after I got done at Tattered Cover, I made the few steps over to Wellness Sushi and was so delighted! I asked for recommendations from the staff and I got the Tokyo Drift Roll and the Tantan Ramen. Both were excellent and I can't wait to come back and try more!

Vegan sushi. What else can be said? So good! We tried the spicy tuna sushi, katsu curry wrap, and spicy ramen. Every thing was fresh, service was fast.

I literally come to this place once a week if I can. They always have great food. You will have to wait if they are busy bc of the high demand but its worth it. I love getting the spicy "chicken" wontons, pressed sushi, and Broccolidon. The food is always fresh and crispy 😋

Unbelievably delicious sushi, can't believe it's vegan. I'd still go here even if I ate fish, it's that good. People who work there are kind and helpful. Wish they could keep up with the orders, sometimes the food comes out over time instead of at once, but completely worth the wait.

Sigh... we're so bummed that as vegetarians, this place had some of the most delectable vegan sushi creations we'd ever tasted. It was enough to keep us coming back, despite the high prices and the really unpleasant space. And now, due to the lack of quality wait service and the unpleasant and kinda dirty restaurant space, we've decided not to return. We gave it at least 1/2 a dozen tries, but it seems the owners just aren't interested in taking these common issues that others have also expressed to heart. If y'all could invest in improving these issues, your place would be the best. :(

I can't express how much I wanted to love this place. An all vegan sushi place with a promise of real sushi like flavors and not just sweet potato tempura on everything... ya that sounded good.
But sadly the flavors were non-existent and our experience kept on getting worse. We ordered Hot Flamingo Roll and Fiery Philly Roll. One just tasted like mango and other like Sriracha... literally no other flavors or textures even. The wasabi had the most taste.
We thought maybe the Ramen would be better so we got the Tantanmen Ramen and that was worse somehow... it was not hot and tasted sweet like vanilla.
Sadly, I would recommend to skip this place altogether no matter what menu item here attracts you.
The service was ok... you order food on the counter first which is not very sushi like. And the crowd here was also not the best.

The worst food in both taste and sanity!! Had extreme food poisoning and diarrhea immediately following their stupid food! Hasn’t seen a restaurant that is the exact opposite of their name, unless the names means you WILL have to visit a wellness center after taking their food, then it makes a lot more sense!!!
