Absolutely original! Absolutely mind blowing! This restaurant alone could help replenish the oceans. Wellness sushi will impress anyone who loves the method of sushi and is pained by the ethical and environmental damage it does. I'm floored at how they use flavors and vegetables to look like, taste like, and have the texture of things like salmon or tuna.The dishes were well balanced and delicious. The only problem, and it is a good problem to have, is that it was so busy, it was obvious they need more help or another location! This place needs to be everywhere! 100% going back. Go there. Take a friend here and don't tell them it's Vegan. They will never know. This sushi was mind blowing and delicious. I was flabbergasted. This place completely exceeded my expectations. So many things could be made gluten free (they have gf tempura) and everything was delicious! The “fish” looked so real and I did not miss the real thing. I recommend this place so highly!Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free
We had an amazing experience at WS. First time trying vegan sushi, was not disappointed. The ramen was creamy and spicy. The spam in the onigiri was spot on. The sushi rolls looked incredible and the taste matched. I'm not sure what magical ingredients they used but we were blown away by the final product.We went on a Monday at 3. Food came out quick. Very nice people.

I’ve never had vegan sushi like this before and was blown away! Even non-vegans would be impressed how tasty it all is. We had the tonkotsu ramen, onigiri and 2 sushi rolls and really liked them all!
