I ordered online and the app said they had my food ready. Got to the restaurant and they wouldn't answer the drive thru speaker. I pulled to the window and the lady said they were closed early and they wouldn't give me my order. Asked for a refund and they said to go through the app and request it and that she wouldn't do anything. So, not only do I not have my food, I also don't have a refund. The lady was incredibly unhelpful and rude, just wanting to argue and yell. Deplorable customer and food service.

11/8/25-Refused to serve us unless we ordered on our own at the machine. Horrible customer service and they just like forcing people to use technology. They forget about the human experience so humans should boycott them. Do not go to this location or any other that forces machines over caring about the customer service.

Amber Lee was very attentive and made sure to communicate that the food was on the way as it was being made fresh. Don't understand how this location is at a 3.3 rating. My experiences here have been nothing but positive no matter the time.
