It's 752 am the door says lobby opens at 630 and I took a special trip here to eat! They won't even answer the phone... Guess I'll have to ride a lime to the one on Monico parkway . Very disappointing.... Never used to be this way, are they under new management?? If so they need another change!

First and foremost they messed up my order. But after I went back in to get it corrected the entire team from the cook to the assistant to the general manager offered me apologies and we're very fast and efficient to fix my order. The customer service here is 5 Star. The staff makes you want to dine here. I will be back.

Incompetent staff. Just went there again. Asked for no mayo on all sandwiches. Was very clear. All sandwiches had mayo. Your staff can't follow orders. Incompetent is the only word comes to mind.

I ordered a double cheeseburger among other things. When I pulled up behind the person in front of me, a man was out of his car telling the window attendant that his order was very incorrect. Several minutes later, he pulled away with a new bag. I should have looked to be sure my order was correct as well, but figured it would be after that man’s complaint. My double cheeseburger with pickles and tomatoes turned out to be a chicken sandwich. I know it’s “just a burger,” but sometimes after a long day, you just need something to be right. Disappointing. Waste of nearly $10 for a meal that my child wouldn’t eat.

we keep getting doordash orders that we never ordered from this location and after contacting doordash support and everything with no luck, I called this Wendy's location just to let them know and ask if they could let these drivers know (since there's no way we could contact these drivers) and the lady who answered the phone said "it's not my problem" the people who work here are more than unprofessional and just plain awful and unhelpful in anywaythey need a new job

Sonia severed me old cold frys and when I asked for new ones she said they are always like that...and I ask them if they would eat them cause they are never like this....and one employee said don't be rude and Sonia said I have never seen you before....horrible services and they knowingly try to give me bad
