The man who took my order was really nice. The young woman at the window was really rude. I get that you hate your job, but don't take it out on customers. You're probably better suited at the Krusty Krab given your personality fits the name of the establishment. Burger sucked too.

What the— Dude! Wendy’s, seriously??Horrible, hard, cold food, not to mention incorrect and incomplete order—during dinner. Now I see why this location has no rush at this hour! I about chipped my tooth on the bun, my fries were fossilized, I asked for apple bites for the kid, she had to suffer through the over-salted rocks as well. The guy at the window seemed nice enough, yet sporting the typical demeanor of fast food workers anywhere— that token vapid expression/completely devoid of any sort of energy. All the lights inside were off. Eerie. Maybe go to Safeway in the same shopping center instead and just steer clear.

9 dollars a bag for a biggie bag is bad enough, but I’m done, one piece of bacon? We’re already getting squeezed at every avenue I don’t know how corporations and businesses think they can just screw us over and think we’re going to be happy and returning with this treatment. I’m done with Wendy’s for good. Thanks for the easy decision

This used to be the best Wendy's, but they have hired alot of young kids, who don't get your order right, who don't add your reward points like they should, they have no good customer service. This Wendy's wasn't always like this. I'm very disappointed with them.

I asked for a mushroom bacon burger with extra mushroom, got extra cheese instead. Asked for a LARGE blueberry pomegranate lemonade and the kid gave me medium. I got up to the window and he's joking and chatting with his coworkers instead of paying attention. I live around the corner from this location and go here all the time, but this is the second time with an issue there and frankly I'll just take my business elsewhere

I’m just a bit frustrated because this was my main Wendy’s closet to my house and have had many great experiences previously. Usually one of the most reliable restaurants near by. But this month I have tried to go three different times and there is always some reason why they can’t help me. The last two times they said they were doing cash only, and today they said the system was down completely. Maybe it has just been bad timing on my part but after a long day of work and my commute I’m looking for something reliable and easy for dinner. This location is definitely not it and will not be going back.
New staff makes this a very bad place horrible service on Sunday I stood there for 3 minutes and no one came to take my order on Monday same thing I'll only go when Monica is there because then it's good .new store manager is stupid and shouldn't be in charge

Great fast service. I miss the times when tye burgers were larger but they aren't frozen so they still do the trick. Don't order a baked potato after 9pm.
