The crew running the restaurant were not capable of running the it by themselves. It took us at least 15 minutes to get 2 frosting and only 2 people were ahead of us with burgers. The drive thru was not busy. The crew was just not able to run it on their own today. I think the was 4 or 5 people there at 3-3:30p

Make sure you got all your food in the drive thru because when you go in to ask for what you ordered they look at you like your your a thief trying to get free food this happen on 5/22/25 to be clear

I am beginning to see why fast food joints feel like they're on their way out. Cause this Wendy's is lacking like many other places before it.

The place was kept pretty clean, though, so they get points for that. Outside that, I am willing to bet the food I ordered was just sitting back there since the lunch rush. It was lukewarm to a point I can taste the chill of the onion pretty clearly.

Also, it doesn't help that their value menus hardly contain any value, anymore.

I think they need to change their fryer oil more often . The food just tastes like crap from this location . And there’s never a line , never busy . Always subpar food compared to all the other neighboring locations

Typically when I come to this location I go through the drive thru and haven’t had many issues. Tonight was a different story. I tried ordering delivery through doordash and ended up waiting almost an hour before being able to cancel the order and get SOME doordash credits back. For some reason the order was cancelled by the restaurant and then reordered without me doing anything. While I was waiting/figuring out how to cancel the order, I saw 4 different dashers attempt to pick up the order and ended up taking themselves off of it. I don’t know what happened but this store needs to be MUCH MUCH better

Horrible customer service food was given wrong fries are cold and old don’t recommend at all Saturday at 7 pm march 1st hopefully management does something

Every time i order at this location there is always atleast one sandwich that i have to go back to get fixed, not once have they gotten my order right on the first time through. Whether i order inside, drive-thru or i order through the app they never get a order right the first time so i always have to waste more gas to go back up for the right order.

my fries smelled and tasted like URINE. we looked this up and researches say this happens when the cooking oil spoils or goes bad! This is disgusting! Also the lady at the window from the drive through was very rude i tipped and everything and she kept slamming the window shut! This is horrible i will not be coming back!

Got a horrible buffalo ranch sandwich instead of a spicy chicken sandwich. I’m allergic to ranch. Luckily I didn’t eat any otherwise there’s the law suit pending. Idiots. Tried calling about 20 times, all to voicemail. Yall work at Wendy’s it’s not that hard. Get a real career or make a simple order right.

Edit: went in and they’re super nice and remaking it. Sadly had to drive back here, but something that could’ve been really bad still needs to be obvious. That’s a big change from spicy to extra spicy. Never hurts to make sure with anything.
