We've been coming back to Wendy's due to their Biggie Bags. What a great deal! For $6 or $7, you get a drink, sandwich, nuggets, and fries. They are also friendly no matter which Wendy's qe patronize. New look inside is crisp, clean, and modern. Very sunny. I'll be back!

Was never the best of Wendy's, but used to be acceptable. Lately, they have major issues getting orders right, and consistently (last 4 orders) have given 1 or 2 small fries when I order a large.

This Wendy’s is extremely consistent. Unfortunately, it’s consistently bad. I come here because it’s the closest location to my house and every time I leave I am asking myself why I tried it again. The weekend breakfast crew Is extremely incompetent and there is no management or leadership to speak of. I honestly can’t believe how extremely challenged they all are. I wouldn’t suggest coming here unless you have a lot of patience and a lot of time in your day to waste waiting on them to prepare your meal.

I Went through the drive through we were behind 1 car and it was a 12 min wait time but then as I got my order it was two biggy bags and 2 cookies they forgot to put both chicken nuggets into the bag. I didn’t realize till I was gone that they forgot the nuggets but very disappointed they didn’t catch that and I paid for two items that I didn’t receive .overall not a pleasing experience longer then usual wait times and waste of my money since I didn’t receive all my items .

I’ve been coming to this specific Wendy’s for months I always come at night since I work night shifts and get off pretty late but Ive always been helped by the managers one female with tattoos and one tall male with glasses they were both very friendly and made sure to apologize for any wait time and made sure my order was always correct!!

I had the place because I was having my own dinner when my family was out of town and I got my burger, but I made a mess. I went to the drink despenser counter to grab napkins, and there weren't any, so I tried asking, but one of the kitchen crew was giving me an ugly look and mumbling out his mouth. I didn't like that. I put together what he basically said, *Uh, what does this want? He already got food, go away*. So after I had my dinner, I went into the bathroom to wash my hands, but they didn't have any napkins either to dry off your hands. So I literally had to walk over to King Soopers with wet hands to dry them off. Oh, and they screwed up my order. I ordered Combo Dave's Single, a Large Fry, and Medium Chocolate Frosty. As I sat down to eat, I saw that I had 2 large fries instead of 1. 😤

Food was good as always. However, the employee taking my order from would sigh after every item I said. I felt like I was being a nuisance just trying to order my food. His tone of voice was just of annoyed person. Once I got up to the window to pay he just took my phone without a word to me and handed me my food. There was no line I was the only person there trying to order food. He had long brown hair but I didn’t catch his name because he slammed the window the second he handed me my food.
