Ordered a baconator. The patties were hard and old and the bun was hard on one side. It must have been made a long time ago. Just gross. The fries were room temperature. I don’t get how they could serve such old food.

It's a beautiful location and lobby, and the food I've gotten there has always been fresh and very good. Sadly the soda machine stops working at random, happens every visit, and is super laggy and slow when it does work.Also the 2 times I've gotten a regular iced coffee it was super watered down, $3 down the drain each time. I even waited a week before giving the coffee a 2nd chance. I ordered ahead on their mobile app so no way to get a refund, once they get your money Wendy's doesn't care.Avoid using the Wendy's mobile app and don't get iced coffee, otherwise this location isn't too bad.

I just ate here yesterday I had the loaded nacho burger double and I had to go to the Dr today just to find out I have food poisoning from eating here wouldn't recommend this wendys to anyone at all be careful for your kids and your own

I don't go to Wendy's often so when I did I order the Dave's double combo with a small frosty. I ordered a large tea ad well. The total was almost $16.00. I got home and after the third bite realized one of the two patties was completely raw. I am not a person that likes rare, or medium rare. Any meat I eat is cooked through completely. The site of the bright pink patty with the third bite just taken made me sick. Everything eaten came up and went in the bag. I ended up throwing everything away except the tea. The frosty went in the freezer but got tossed the next day. I was disappointed and completely grossed out. I understand rare meat is like by many but I. not one of them.

Just went threw three drive thru and they got my whole order wrong both sandwiches I'm not sure how you mess up such a simple job but they managed to and my fries were basically raw. I just called corporate Wendy to get my money back cause there no point wasting time with the monkeys in the store they can't even put the right sandwiches in your bag

This location has had several chances with me and every single time ive been let down . the staff is constantly rude , I'm not upset the food is always cold and seems to have been sitting out for at least an hour . as someone whos worked in fast food the prep time and the window time should be much shorter . Not only that , when we asked for chili , they blatantly lied about being out as i could see the chili hub full of chili .
