I visited the Wendy’s on Parker Road and received a very runny and completely melted item. While driving to the Springs, I mistakenly turned around, thinking I had stopped at the right location, only to realize at the drive-thru window that I was at the wrong one. I was warmly welcomed by a young man named Irvin, who was incredibly accommodating and friendly. After checking my order online, I discovered the correct location I should have gone to. I wanted to take a moment to commend Irvin for his assistance in getting me a new Snickerdoodle Frosty. Thank you!

I ordered my most recent order off of DoorDash. I understand the weather being terrible, but at this point the staff is just being lazy. My food was sloppily thrown together, the Oreo frosty I had ordered wasn't even assembled. They didn't do their job properly and thats awful. If you don't want to work, quit. Its that simple. I'd be embarrassed to call this crew my employees. Bet they laugh at this too.

I ordered a jr bacon cheese burger. This is definitely chicken. The girl was even confused about the sauces I ordered and when I tried to call about it to find a solution with them, their phone line says “the person at extension 1388 is not available” so I couldn’t even try to be kind in “well, I’m home. Maybe I’ll come back tomorrow for my actual sandwich, if that’s okay?” I just hate making it all the way home to be inconvenienced and over charged for a sandwich that I didn’t even want..
