I walked into Wendy's around 10am with my baby and was greeted with the most DISRESPECTFUL employee of my entire life. As I was trying to tell her my order, the worker by the name Nazeli turned around to the other employees and called me a w**** and b****. Little did she know I knew spanish. I asked for her name after that. She quickly got my order ready and she had walked straight away. I walked to a table with my baby trying not to cry but another supervisor named Marlene turned the whole day around. She was so nice, helpful, and was even playing around with my baby. She is a great example as how a supervisor can be, and management should know that the other worker needs more training. The only reason i'm giving this place three stars is because of Marlene. But otherwise, 1

While my chicken sandwich was cooked they added lettuce and tomato which was asked to be left off, but the burger was raw inside and I don’t mean like a little pink, I mean cold and raw inside definitely won’t be stopping here againDietary restrictions: Don’t bother, you’ll get it on there even when you ask for it to be left off

The good: food tasted fresh although wrapped pretty messy. Convenient location.The bad: I waited 2nd in line to order for 10 min. There was no one at the register that whole wait. No acknowledgment. Just stand and wait. There were only two cars in the drive thru. Only two orders on the monitor in progress. That seems a bit weird for a location that should strive to deliver fast service for people that are likely on-the-go. Also the place was a mess. The condiment station looked torn apart. And the floors and tables were a mess. This place needs better management and staffing, I think.

We ordered and paid for multiple different items and they just gave us 2 basic cheeseburgers. Nobody else was in line so they didn’t switch our orders up. The fries were cold when we got them and were the worst fries I’ve had from any fast food place.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered chili and some chicken nuggets. When we park to eat I find out we have finger food and NOT 1 napkin, chili with no spoon to eat it with. Well done Wendy's. I feel bad for the travelers that come here as someone who lives close to the area. Went it to final approach and got what we needed. This is always the only location I have this issue with. Wont be back

This is the slowest drive through ever. And the worst part is, You are trapped once you get in the line and there is no way out. I'm currently sitting in the drive through five minutes later. I'm at the loudspeaker but They are overwhelmed again.

Everybody at this location should be sent to the unemployment line. What kind of location doesn’t carry kids meals? The service was just terrible, show some pride and enthusiasm, I get it’s a fast food job, but the laziness is just next level at this location. I hope they all get scurvy.
