Made me pull forward even though there is no line
They just started using an AI ordering system at the drive through and it's horrible. Got both sandwiches and a drink wrong. I won't be returning until they put people back taking orders.

The kids who work there are very rude.
What is the point of having a mobile pick up area if youâre just gonna call it out at the counter before I even arrive?

Poor service decent food. After stating three times that we wanted, no cheese on the hamburgers got home open our hamburger. We had cheese on the hamburgers.. The Mexican ladies that were working there was very rude after asking for more barbecue sauce. They had an attitude and then said theyâre gonna charge $.54 for one barbecue sauce. Two of our drinks were wrong! WILL NOT BE SPENDING ANY MONEY HERE!!

I really like Wendy's chicken salad and spicy chicken sandwich. The inside was very clean and the staff members were very friendly, Abby was the manager who took my order, she took my order with smile and asked me made sure I didn't miss anything. Good job overall đ

Why are the staff so rude? I always do a mobile order cause I canât even stand talking to them But then they get mad because Iâm doing a mobile order Itâs ridiculous

Came in a few weeks ago and ordered a family sized chili. I wasnât given the box the chili normally comes in and the lid wasnât all the way closed. Unfortunately the entire chili spilled in my car so that was a waste and it made a huge mess.

Went drive thru after work at midnight. Google says they close 2am. Cars in front of us was taking awhile. As soon the cars left we pulled up to the speaker and the guy asked us the usual âwhat can we get started with?â As soon as we start listing our order itâs been dead silence for awhile. No follow up or anything. The menu lights were off so were some lights inside. As we pulled up to the window to see whatâs going on other cars thatâs been there waiting for awhile also did the same. No one at the window and I didnât see anyone inside. Just weird how they asking people their orders but giving them blank silence. If theyâre supposedly closed then they need to give a heads up and donât be asking people what they want to order.

I was really craving some unhealthy greasy fast food. Pretty much my daily diet. I was considering taco bell, kfc and chipotle. None really sounded good. Wendy's i did the drive thru. Nice greeting. Decided to order a classic chicken. The employees just seemed out of it. Maybe tired. The non friendly asst mgr handed me the sandwich. I pulled into parking lot put my latex gloves on and opened it up. Brown lettuce, luke warm sandwich and bun was hard. I was starving so just ate it. Will I go back? Yes but hopefully get a better product.
