I come in to get breakfast before work. Fryers don't work an hour after they open. so 3/4 of the menu is not an option. So I order a sausage croissant... wthell? It's old French toast with some kind of lard sauce on it. Smells horrible and when you try turn around to come through again to return it, they look at you and say "naw, that's what it's supposed to look like" what?are you kidding me? Might this right here be why there is lard sauce oozing out of your skin? This is not human food. Wthell is going on with all the Wendy's in Denver?

Worst Wendy’s on this side of town . Every now and then we give them another shot given that they haven’t even been open that long . The service and workers are always rude and have crappy attitudes, and the food is always terrible , never fresh and I’m just over . Never spending my money at this location ever again . Enough is enough!

Straight up didn’t give us a $14 meal from a $40 purchase. I looked at him and he said have a good day. I’m stupid for giving him the benefit of the doubt and not looking before my drive home 10 miles away. Super annoying. Like I straight up lost $15 cause of that crap. Wasn’t even busy. Idiot didn’t even check.

First thing if inflation is over why are you raising everything by a dollar? Secondly, if you’re gonna talk about somebody in a different language, you should make sure they don’t understand what you’re saying.

This has the potential to be a great Wendy's. Rating it a 4 based on the improvements I've seen. The staff can't seem to understand that the front door gets jammed easily. Yes, people can't get in, even though the door isn't really locked. It needs a repair. Another Wendy's also has problems...the one at Colorado Blvd. and Alameda Ave., Denver. The store can be locked when it's supposed to be open. I think the home office needs to get involved and make sure these stores have the support they need to be fully functioning. Ditto the store on South Colorado Blv.that just opened a few months ago. I've noticed improvements, and needs more of them. Service varies. Really like the Wendy's breakfasts, but it make it difficult to be a customer. When there are facility problems. There are employees inn both stores who work their little hearts out.

I ordered a burger with no bun because I have celiacs and they asked us to pull forward to wait for the order. They came out and asked to make sure it was no bun, but I got halfway through it and there's a bottom bun still on it! They obviously screwed the order up and didn't bother to remake it.... Now I'm in for a week of pain because someone wasn't paying attention... I know there's always a risk of cross contamination but I've eaten here dozens of times (everyday after work for a bit even) and never had any issues... Thanks alot, couldn't be worse timing either...
Update: I'm still totally wrecked from that burger being made improperly and it's horrible... I have a kid on the way and have no time to miss work so have to just push through. Thanks alot....
Dietary restrictions: Celiacs and asked for no bun. Halfway through I realized there was a bottom half of the bun still on it?!?!

Did a mobile order for 20 spicy nuggets and a salad, it took 30 minutes to get through the drive through. I finally get food and there’s no sauce. Go to grab some from the lobby and it’s locked at 8:20… now I’m stuck in the drive through waiting again

Wendy's has become my go-to spot for a laughably bad experience. Despite their website claiming a 10 pm closing time, the lobby doors shut so early, it's like they're in a race against their own customers. With no car, the drive-thru isn't an option, leaving me stranded during lunch breaks near work. The service inside moves at a turtles pace, giving me just enough time to pretend I'm a competitive eater before my break ends. It's a comedy of errors orchestrated by a management team that deserves an award for turning a 24-hour fitness center into a parody of fast food mediocrity. If you're looking for a place to test your patience and sense of humor, Wendy's won't disappoint. Just don't expect to leave satisfied or on time.

Despite their website claiming a lobby closure time of 10 PM, they rudely lock the doors way before, leaving pedestrians like me stranded without access to the drive-thru. The service inside is a snail’s pace, making the inconvenience even more unbearable. To add insult to injury, they demolished a 24-hour fitness gym to erect this subpar Wendy’s. I refuse to support a company that prioritizes burgers over fitness. Management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such lazy workers to close the lobby prematurely. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this disaster of a fast-food joint.
