Did a mobile order for 20 spicy nuggets and a salad, it took 30 minutes to get through the drive through. I finally get food and there’s no sauce. Go to grab some from the lobby and it’s locked at 8:20… now I’m stuck in the drive through waiting again

Wendy's has become my go-to spot for a laughably bad experience. Despite their website claiming a 10 pm closing time, the lobby doors shut so early, it's like they're in a race against their own customers. With no car, the drive-thru isn't an option, leaving me stranded during lunch breaks near work.The service inside moves at a turtles pace, giving me just enough time to pretend I'm a competitive eater before my break ends. It's a comedy of errors orchestrated by a management team that deserves an award for turning a 24-hour fitness center into a parody of fast food mediocrity.If you're looking for a place to test your patience and sense of humor, Wendy's won't disappoint. Just don't expect to leave satisfied or on time.

Despite their website claiming a lobby closure time of 10 PM, they rudely lock the doors way before, leaving pedestrians like me stranded without access to the drive-thru. The service inside is a snail’s pace, making the inconvenience even more unbearable. To add insult to injury, they demolished a 24-hour fitness gym to erect this subpar Wendy’s. I refuse to support a company that prioritizes burgers over fitness. Management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such lazy workers to close the lobby prematurely. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this disaster of a fast-food joint.

I ordered the cinnabon (sp?). It was hard as a rock. It must have been reheated many times. I ordered it because of the add on tv. If you're considering it, don't bother.

This is a wonderful location where it's at perfect spot to get food while you're working except the employees suck so bad they can't get the food right. I've come here three times now every time I've come here my order has been wrong not to mention they close at 9:00 p.m. 2 hours earlier than what says online cannot wait for a McDonald's to take over this location and have some decent employees to run it get out of University Hills if running a burger shop is so hard I'd even take a Burger King or a Jack In The Box. But Wendy's clearly does not care enough to get this location fixed.

Came to order a 4 for 4. Apparently, this location doesn't sell them. Instead, they are charging $18 for two plain cheeseburgers and a 4 piece nugget.

I'm sick of this wendys. I try to go in in the morning for coffee at 8, door is locked. I try to go in at 6pm, door is locked. They removed their lobby hours from the window so people have no way to know when they are supposed to be open. Not everyone has a car to use the drive through.

Just cannot grasp how you order no tomatoes and no onions on a Single and the cook yells out single w no tomatoes and no onions but there are tomatoes on the sandwich. Done w Wendy's man, such a drag.EDITED 12/20/23: Gave them another try and the woman at the drive thru called me Ma'am and I had a hat so it concealed my long hair but otherwise I don't look or sound like a woman. Same visit, a guy drove off honking bc it was taking so long. Then my order was wrong. I was charged $18 for two singles and a frosty, not the meals, and that is correct but way pricey. NOW, they gave me fries at the window and a coke and then I'm like, no, wrong order; so I thought she had charged me for the meals and not just the sandwiches but the truth is they're overpriced. When I called to discuss the price concern, the manager was the same woman, who kept offering to show me the computer screen, to her credit.I changed my atmosphere score bc they hire some some sketchers.
