This was literally the best Wendy's burger that I have ever had. The crew working right now 1-11-26 @ 1430hrs. There was a Black girl with braids in updo glasses and a white girl brown glasses working at the drive thru. I wish I had gotten 2 Dave's Singles. It was fresh off the grill, not soggy, cooked to perfection, drive thru fast. I'm so glad I diverted at the last minute to this Wendy's. I won't even read the other reviews because my experience was a legit 5 stars!!!! My belly thanks you guys!!!!

Ordered pick up for myself through doordash and employee was really rude telling me I need to pick up my order inside moving forward. I don't understand why it's so hard to not be rude when telling someone something we are all adults. I went through the drive-thru due to me having a baby in the car. Please do better

They refused to take my order because i didn’t pull all the way to the speaker because I was trying to decide what to get my family. The staff was extremely rude and took a picture of my license plates.

I never have bad service but seriosuly hate this location. its size what it offers and cost simply due to highway proximity yet still in neighborhood range just makes it shitty.

wendys as a company needs to stop making these mini speed based places with less options. they have a mix up machine but dont even offer 90% of the flavors a normal one would have for instance. (thats not the whole complaint just an example)

Horrible customer service will not go back they need an entire staff they are rude for no reason from the manager to the employees if you don’t like your job go get another one no one needs to pay for their food and deal with the nastiness of the workers I will spend my money elsewhere!!!!

I didn’t even want give them a star. They are very rude. They overcharged me and I bought a large chili and a small chili and the large chili had just the same amount that the small chili had. This is so unfortunate that this is where our fast food has come. I don’t suggest nobody support this business until they learn better customer service and give us what we paid for!

The biggest issue with fast food since covid is the failure of many chains to train their employees on basic customer service standards--Wendy's being one of the worst examples.

Today when I ordered the bill showed up at $23 on the outside menu, which was astounding. The employee never read the order back, at the speaker or at the window. At the window it went up to over $26 after tax. I acted shocked at the price, yet the inept, untrained employee made no attempt to read the order back or ask if something was wrong. I let it go, thinking I must have been charged for the large chicken sandwiches and not the cheaper ones, but as it turns out, I was charged not only for the large chili side I asked for-INSTEAD OF FRIES, but she also upsized the original large fry I didn't want, and upsized my tea to a large, which she didnt ask or repeat back. Compound that with the sudden 60.4% price increase on crispy chicken sandwiches and my $17 meal became nearly $27. To exacerbate it further, when I sat there and put my car in park, the employee ignored me, and a manager had to come ask if something was wrong. Way to lose a customer 👌

Furthermore, the new cajun chicken sandwich, while larger than the flimsy child-sized sandwiches over the past few years is still worthless when it is as dry a damp sandpaper. I keep giving Wendy's a chance here and there, and they keep proving they don't like having customers. Good riddance.
