Window kid was super calm and respectful as the other employee we seen was cussing and screaming while window is opened to customers about people coming threw the drive thru at 12:15pm when open til 1 am very disrespectful and unprofessional ,food on other hand was fresh and wonderful probably the freshest Wendy's meal I ever had !

Every time I come to this location, my order is messed up. The convenience of it being right down the street from my house is the ONLY reason I come to this location. The franchise owner of this location may want to step in before they lose future business based off of the numerous negative reviews left regarding the same recurring issues.

Upon arriving at Wendy's, I was anticipating my first meal there in quite some time. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. I ordered an iced sweet tea, which turned out to be watered down, warm, and unpleasant. Additionally, the service was poor and slow. My friends also experienced significant delays with their food orders, and the staff failed to address these issues satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate my experience a 1/10 and would not dine here again.

The service here was absolutely horrid. I waited over 20 minutes for my food to be made, as my order was somehow never processed. My card was charger and the workers refused to make my food after I showed proof of purchase. Eventually, after around 30 minutes of waiting I was finally given my food.

Locked doors hours before dining room posted closing. Could not pick up carry out orders and drive thru was at a stand still 20 minutes on Saturday 8pm.

Beware, this location is way over priced compared to other Wendy’s in the area. I should have just gone to In-N-Out, for better quality food and service.

Staff also keep the bathroom locked.

6/15/2024 @8:25pm: message to the owner…

When I came to pick up my take out order, I saw the manager put out my meal on the pick up stand. He saw me waiting but gave no greet whatsoever. He just left the meal there and walked away. Then when I tried to get someone’s attention, I was ignored. Maybe I thought I can just go and grab my meal around the counter since it’s ready. Wasn’t sure what to do. So when I went to go grab my meal, I then got the manager’s attention and he yelled at me. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Must have had a bad day but it’s still no reason to act such way. This location lacks customer service. Worst Wendy’s by far.

Great location! I go here for breakfast before work and get the breakfast baconator. It's always slammin!

A couple weeks ago I lost a hubcap on the way to work. I called this Wendy's since it was the only place I stopped on the way in. One of the fine folks here went out and actually found it by some miracle, and held it for me until I went to pick it up later. Amazing! Thank you so, so much!!
