Every time I order chili at this particular store the beans are hard I chipped a tooth in my denture and mentioned it to the manager and showed her how hard the beans were and she didn't much care needless to say they didn't have to pay the bill for fixing the denture cuz they didn't give a care

This Wendy's is usual nice to go to for a quick cheap bite. I'm sure it varies depending on management but it my last visit had great customer service, food, & the lobby was well maintained.

Honestly I never leave bad reviews if I can help it, however, this Wendy’s experience was less than ideal. They gave us 2 out of 6 things that were actually correct. They weren’t busy at all. We came over an hour before close. We were charged for a deluxe meal, when 1 that wasn’t what we ordered and two we didn’t even get what we ordered (not even close) and two items were left out. Working fast food is not an easy job and honestly mostly sucks due to customers and environment, but when people are nice and don’t order too much you’d hope you’d get what you pay for. I hope these people get the rest they need and stay warm in this cold weather. Just bummed about my JBC

I went here for breakfast. I am very cordial with one of the staff members here. She is always very friendly, And my food is always prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
Parking: The parking lot is located to the north, south, east and west of the building. There are usually a dozen or so parking spots available. And they also have plenty of handicap parking
Wheelchair accessibility: The building appears completely wheelchair accessible with wheelchair ramps, wide sidewalks, open dining area, handicap accessible restrooms, low ordering counter, among other handicap amenities.

Ordered breaksfast this morning via the mobile app and when my boyfriend arrived to pick it up they said that they didn't have it and weren't doing breakfast anymore. They told him he needed to come in for a refund and as he walks through the door, another guy comes in and picks up a mobile order for breakfast and an employee says "you got the last breakfast". Incredibly frustrating as our order was placed before the 10:25 AM that is presented when you do the mobile order and it was picked up before the 11 am that it says breakfast is served until when you place the order. Pretty obnoxious and incredibly disappointing.

If I could put no stars I would! They’ve served raw chicken to me and plenty of other people this week! They do not care, they only care about themselves. I’ve missed the last few days of work because I’ve been so sick, do not ever go to this location! The health department has been called and complaints have been filed!
Starring at a pot of hot chili and telling me they won't have it available until 6:30 the next morning..... not your finest moment.
