I Got elderly uneatable seasoned fries this morning...the could not be chewed ..like eating cardboard...ewwwww!
Disgusting could not eat them ..I shall not return..

Went here at 11. We were the only customer and we were asked to wait at the drivethru. Another car pulled up to the other lane, placed an order, paid and left before we were able to order. Then after we paid we were told to wait in lane 1. We waited approximately 10 minutes there and they forgot our waters we ordered but brought them when we asked. The food was hot and pretty good it would have been better if it had been faster though.

I normally go to this location because they have always been friendly and more important my orders gave been correct. Today was not that. I did not get what i ordered i had to go back to the store after getting home(didnt check order) again always had correct food. Today i was looking forward to being able to eat my meal hot which doesnt happen often. Instead my meal is now cold having to get my one sandwich that was not correct. If you want to keep people paying higher costs for your product do better. Dont have the customer feel like the staff is annoyed because the customer wants the order that they paid for. And if they do have to redo something remaking the fries for the meal would have been nice.

I work nearby and we order from here frequently for lunch. Unfortunately there are not a lot of other cheap fast options nearby. We have NEVER had an order from this location that does not have at least one order messed up. The printer they use in the grill section does not print properly ad maybe this is a source of the issues. This has been the case for over 2 years. Its's pretty clear that whoever is in charge here knows this is a problem but still refuses to fix it.Vvery disappointed and will be going somewhere else in the future.
