I came into Wendy’s tonight not expecting much however, Faith, the manager brought faith back into me for Wendy’s!! At least in this location!! She had her crew on point and it seemed that they were all teenage kids and when they were all working spectacularly well together, it’s hard to see that in a working environment! Proud to say that I ate at this restaurant tonight , They made sure everything was on point and fixed the problem that occurred before it even occurred!! I suggest you try this restaurant on a Tuesday night at 5 o’clock in the afternoon because you will not be disappointed!!!

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 son of the baconator and I received 2 bacon cheese burgers and a regular baconator, my husband doesn’t eat pork, hence the chicken sandwiches, entire meal ruined. Do better.

I had a coupon and the cashier didn’t know how to scan it correctly. So instead of asking for help, he completely ignored either honoring my coupon and/ or asking for help. He ignored his responsibility of providing customer service and meeting my needs. Wendy’s, at this location need to do their job and properly train their employees do to the very basic duties!
