I ordered food for my 1- and 2-year-old, and two of the chicken nuggets were spicy. My kids were crying and wouldn’t eat, which made me upset because I had prepared a meal they couldn’t trust. The next day, I went back to speak with the manager about what happened, but she refused to give a refund, even though my kids didn’t eat any of their food. The manager seemed irritated when I explained the situation. She told me to come back after 10:30 to resolve the issue, but I don’t live nearby—it’s a 45-minute drive, which feels unreasonable.

I'm a door dasher and I already dislike picking up from this location because I can tell that the manager(s) is lazy with a bad attitude and doesn't run the store well, and the final straw was that today I witnessed the manager treat a young woman badly for not knowing English. It seemed like she was there for an interview and I understand not wanting to hire someone for not speaking English but her entire attitude towards her was demeaning, discriminatory and rude, the young woman looked like she was going to cry.
Scammers charged me 5.48 for 2 jouinor frosties, then gave me someone else's receipt..... They're definitely over charging and God knows what else...

This is the worst Wendy’s in Denver I have tried to order food from here I got an order of 20 nuggets without no sauce multiple times and one time I even went in for an interview and the people there are literally incompetent and not trustworthy if you want bad food and bad service go to this Wendy’s but I would advise you go somewhere else
