This evening 7/15/25 the restaurant was ran by a bunch of kids not paying attention to their work. Kept pulling their phones out of their pockets to check them in the middle of dinner rush. Messing up orders, not giving out drink cups until after food was out, and (had to be asked for them) bagging dine in orders and putting to go orders on dine in trays. Multiple times. Very unprofessional.

Its 10:34 on a sunday night. Ok i see that there is a heavy drive thru rush, but fries cold and when I walked back up to the window thw manager she sat in the lobby on her computer and arrogantly scoffed and motioned at me to move away from the window, rude.

Stopped in about 45mins til close and all the employees hid in the back of the store. There were about 7 cars there and the drive thru was open but nobody to take the order and nobody to be seen. Very disappointing

Just had a wonderful experience at Wendy's! The food was great!
A couple of our kids had picked the salted Carmel frosty, but weren't fans. So I sent them up with cash to get chocolate frosties instead, and they gave them to them for free. It was so kind! Thanks sooo much!

Mario made our day! We stopped in after working through a family emergency and he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. All three generations of family who we were with remarked about how wonderful he was to us. His level of care was excellent and made our day better. I wish we lived nearby so I could thank him again for his kindness. Thank you!
