I, and most other customers for that matter, couldn’t care less about your drive-through timer. You should be more concerned in providing decent service than manipulating your metrics to look good to the corporate offices.

Typical Wendy's as far as menu items. The staff is friendly. The only issue that I have experienced is that their soda machines are consistently broken or otherwise non operational.
