I just had the worst service experience. I ordered breakfast for my son and they added something I didn't ask for, which of course they charged me for. I asked them to please change the muffin. And with a sour face they did it and threw the muffin on the table so they would give it to me like that. I asked to cancel the order and get my money back and I told the manager that I saw her throw away my breakfast. From my son. She told me I have a lot of work, and I told her that wasn't a reason to throw away breakfast. And she says she wants her money back. I tell her, of course. I hope they change their attitude because they can't just throw away food when someone is present. I'm disappointed.
