We went through the drive through and they got our order wrong so went through again to correct it. No big deal until I'm waiting for the correct order and I noticed the girl is eating right in front of me putting a piece of food directly in her mouth were her fingers went into her mouth. with this COVID-19 being a severe threat right now, this is serious. I ordered a Spicy Barbecue Cicken sandwich and it was not remotely as described on the menu. It had no crispy onions, no pickles, no cheese, and almost no barbecue sauce on it! To add insult to injury my fries were a cold, soggy, clumped together mess and my drink cup had so much ice that there was barely any beverage in there. I tried adding a can of pop at home after finishing my three sips and it wouldn't even hold the contents of a 12 oz can.

The entire staff has consistently provided great service. However, one long time manager has issues. The dining experience can be dragged down by him as he usually has a grump mood and complains loudly about doing mobile orders. This has made customers divert to a different location when he is working.
