$8.00 for a large latte, PLUS $1.25 for syrup. Not including tax or tip, of course. Holy 😳

Ordered 12oz cappuccino and had to question the size of the drink inside the cup!!! I expected 12 oz of liquid for what I paid for; I recieved 6oz of coffee inside a 12oz cup!!! Total theft by deception!

I got the beef BBQ sandwich and it was gross to me. The problem was mostly how every single bite was just thick fat. And for me I just can't handle that. I'll try the bowls next time.

One person in line ahead of me, three employees working, and it took about 10 minutes to get an iced mocha. The mocha itself was not great. The syrup they used had an odd chalky flavor. I will have to give them another chance as I am in the building often, but my first experience was lacking. Nice, brand new beautiful building everything was clean, hopefully it was just an off day.

Parking: Free parking, but it is a far walk hidden behind a different building on the other side of the street, a 3-4 minute walk away.

Western Daughters’ coffee shop is a great find. In the CSU Spur campus, they make great coffee and excellent baked goods. When I can, I swing by for a quick bite.

What a great place! They execute the simple things done right as most places overlook this key detail. I will be here regularly for breakfast. I was bummed to hear they aren't allowed to serve burgers because of utter nonsense created by CSU but I won't let that ruin a great breakfast.

I was fortunate to find this place. Pasture raised grass fed and finished meat and no seed or any "industrial" oil! I do have a couple of suggestions. It would be great to have a sign outside for anyone coming for the first time. Also a sign on the inside of the lage building they are in which is a CSU owned building. Once I found them and sat down at the counter I sat for a good 10 minutes before I realized that you have to walk over to another area and order before you sit and wait for your food.Ther was no sign for this process. The two people working were pleasant and helpful after you got their attention.

So unhappy. After polling multiple people looking for a skin-on pork loin, Western Daughters came highly recommended. I was especially interested because they're woman-owned. Spent $130 for a pork loin for a special recipe for grandma's last (probably) thanksgiving. They were super friendly via email and phone, took instructions for how we wanted the skin scored. Lines straight across about 1/2-to-1 cm apart. We picked it up today and got it home and noticed the skin is cut in diagonal lines about 1" apart. Tried calling over and over and over again, and they don't answer their phones, which wasn't a big deal because we only live 6 miles away, so I drove it back over here. I fully expected them to tell me they couldn't do anything to fix the issue regarding the fact that they cut the lines diagonally, but I expected them to at least help me out with cutting additional lines in. They won't. It's a health code thing. Huge bummer. Especially considering it’s still in the vacuum pack. I spent $130 on this cut of meat. It's wrong. I could have picked up some cheap cut of meat and done this myself (but really no, I couldn’t – I’ve never dealt with skin-on pork, I have no idea how deep to cut, I haven’t had my knives sharpened in a while, I have no idea how to fix this… that’s why I spent the extra and ordered from a real butcher). I spent $130 expecting it to be done per the order. Why spend the extra? Especially if they won't make it right. Don't waste your dollars if they're not going to stand behind their product and their work.

Christmas dinner disappointment. I bought a 12 Pound prime rib, 30 day aged, and Porchetta. First, the porchetta was loin and pork belly but none of the traditional rolled herbs and fennel that denotes porchetta. Very little flavor except the crackling. The prime rib was absolutely inedible. I suppose if one likes gamey meat then it would be for you. The flavor was absolutely off putting and none of the 11 people at the table could eat it. This was not a chef error. $750 at Western Daughters and the beef ended up in the trash.

Absolutely one of the best local turkeys I have ever had. The brine was great and the turkey just had so much flavor. Thank you so much!
