This is a solid pho spot. Service was friendly and quick, and the pho came with all the traditional fixings. The meat (we all ordered brisket and flank) was good quality and well-cooked. We finished with taro boba teas, which were tasty, though the boba itself was a bit dry and wrinkled. The atmosphere is pretty plain, but that’s expected for a pho place — it’s really about the food, and overall we left satisfied. We would return, but I wouldn’t drive to downtown just...
Three restaurant is inside of a buildings rotunda area. It is a small restaurant with a bar area. It was busy for the size. The pho was good and they served a big portion size. We thought we wouldn't be able to finish it, but we were wrong. The service could have been a little better.
The chicken vermicelli dish I had here was below average to average compared to the dishes I’ve had in many other places. The chicken did not have any particularly remarkable flavor and was a bit bland. The fish sauce was good as it should be. The service was also below average and I requested a side of steam vegetables, which I did not get. I’m surprised by the 4 star ratings. Maybe the pho is better?
