The food is good and reasonably priced. I can’t imagine though that managment/owners have any idea how rude the staff is. I work in the service industry, never would I tell customers that “I don’t eat that sandwich,” or make comments about how they made the wrong choice. I will never go there again. Jersey Mikes here come!

Very low quality and very expensive. We saw friends just getting free sandwiches without paying. Purely racist treatment!!

Deceitful and low value. I've purchased over 10 sandwiches from this place over the years. Probably won't anymore. I feel like I've been deceived by them two times and don't think I will attempt a third time. I went into the establishment today to claim my free sandwich for completing a 14er. I was rejected for my free sandwich because "My photo was the same as the person who I completed the 14er with". I asked: "where's your written policy on this?" She said they don't have one and that her manager told her. I called to speak to the manager five minutes later, but the person who answered the phone said the manager is not there and she did not know how to transfer me to manager's voicemail. She said I could call back tomorrow between 9 AM and 10 AM to speak to manager. About three weeks ago I purchased one of their large sandwiches and asked for an update on their 14er policy because we were planning on doing one the day after. They said we would need to have a sandwich bag with us for the photo. They did not inform us that we needed two different photos. Hence why I believe I was deceived. A similar thing happened to me about three years ago and therefore I didn't receive the free sandwich then. Seems like they just try to come up with new reasons every time you go in for why not to provide you with the free 14er sandwich: deceitful. The sandwiches seem overpriced for what you get compared to other deli shops, but they do have a great selection of fillings to choose from. Ingredients are better than average.

I go here a lot, and my sandwich is almost always made correctly which is awesome. One piece of constructive feedback I will share is that when I was handed my sandwich earlier today, the paper bag had a note on it that I didn’t receive very well nor did I appreciate as I found it to be strange.

Decent food, definitely between Subway and Potbelly in terms of quality.
Service at this location is a big weak point — I usually order in advance whenever I can when I eat out, and have never had trouble doing so here, but on my most recent visit I happened to witness someone come in and attempt to order in person only to have no one come up to the register, though they made no attempt to get attention. They left, presumably frustrated and disappointed, without buying a sandwich.

Was just at this location. I ordered a krab salad sandwich and a turkey bacon ranch. Neither of the sandwiches came correct. The krab salad was tuna and the turkey bacon ranch had neither bacon nor ranch. When i called and asked to speak to a manager the boy on the other line said she was gone, would not be returning and had no solution for my messed up orders. A refund would nice. But instead I'll never eat here again.

They changed the menu, in the past there were favorite sandwhich built out and you could simply select one, my favorite was the ultimate BLT. So you have to manually build the sandwiches now and to recreate what was the old ultimate blt was 30 dollars. Upon opening my sandwich, the bacon is no longer strips of bacon but the diced bagged salad bacon bits. Whichwich is ruined.
Used to be a faithful Which Wich customer no longer this place has absolutely fallen off. I don’t think I’ve ever made a review before but this warranted it.

Ethan was incredibly genuine. Extremely welcoming, he made mysandwich when it was 2 minutes to close. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion!

Aww. Which Wich isn’t what it used to be. Still good but not amazing. It’s not much different than a JJs sandwich now. I miss all the vegetarian base options. I think there used to be 6? Possibly 4, depending on location - now there’s only 2. And one is avocado. So lame! Also, sandwich is much smaller than years ago. Super bummed bc it was my favorite sandwich place. At least I don’t have to miss it anymore!
Crazy overpriced sandwiches… $28 for 2 regular sized sandwiches…. Awful customer service, and the atmosphere reminds me of a gas station next to a highway.
