4/16/22-When I got there I really disappointed to see they no longer offered their seafood sandwich which is the whole reason I walked nearly a mile to get to them. The after I had already ordered I saw how dirty the prep area was and all the stuff all over the floor. This is a very dirty location. The food was about average, but the tuna salad was bland. I'd recommend you just go elsewhere.

I ordered online. Somehow, none of the customizations I made had been saved. When I went to pick up my sandwich, the cashier asked if I really only wanted meat and cheese. I told her no. I told her what I could remember and she added them. Had she not said anything, I would have been upset to find only meat, bread, and cheese. So, even tho I’m very grateful to her for that, I really didn’t get what I ordered. It was made as close as possible, but it wasn’t what I really wanted. I haven’t been to a Which Wich for quite some time as locations keep closing. Unfortunately, I see why. The selection isn’t the same. The prices are certainly higher. The quality of what I did get was average. With so many other choices, I’m afraid Which Wich lost whatever it was that made them different. It’s quite sad because this was my favorite sandwich shop, but it is what it is.

Been coming to this location for years. Today I was sick in bed so ordered delivery. Normally I always get an email or text saying which service is delivering my food like post mates or door dash but I did not get one. All I got was an email from which which and the tracking showed delivered but my food was not at my door. I called the location and the girl who answered said it's a 3rd party that delivers it so sorry can't help. Ok well I still ordered from which which and spent $21 for something I never got and they can't do anything? Not ok!

This location is the worst!! No wonder some of their locations closed down. First of all I'm a big fan of which Wich after tonight's experience it would be my last visit including my family. I ordered 3 Black bean sandwiches 2 super size and 1Large. Plus 2 shakes and 1 coke spent close to $50, the one person behind the counter didn't even greet us, after I ordered all that when it's time to pay he said that my card is bad due to its stripe he couldn't slide it. I told him would you please type it in or like enter the card numbers he didn't want it. Anyway I gave him another card. Then he said he couldn't make our shakes because he used his last ice creams. And it got worse he mess up our orders. He made the super size to a large and a large order to a super. We told him it's wrong he denied it. We show him the orders on the card instead he was acting d**** Anyway We asked him why don't you just fix it and make a new one since the toppings are all mess up but he said no because he doesn't want to miss count his bread. Are you kidding me????? So we didn't want to argue anymore he ended up gave us a small size of sandwich to fix the super size sandwich that we paid for. Basically we paid $14 something and got a small $7 sandwich. What a rip off !!!

I went in 2pm on a ------(I don't want to put anyone on blast) Only person in the store. Felt like I was an inconvenience and wasn't acknowledged until I acknowledged them. Ordered a sandwich with a lot of good stuff, how could it not be good? It was b******** Tore my mouth up and had hardly any meat, and I ordered turkey with bacon. Bad service, coarse bread, no substance and I gotta do paperwork like I'm at the doctor. I know which wich and it's not from which wich.

The cost of this place is so illogical I don’t understand how anyone goes here. Costs over $7 for the smallest milkshake ever. The subs are usually messed up and once again are so costly you wanna scream. If the prices weren’t an insult to humanity. Whoever came up with these prices has got to go

Was here 5 years ago (updated review and the timing changed too). Lots of choices for salads and sandwiches that one would not get anywhere else. The ingredients were nice and fresh. Would recommend for those who would like a salad, as it's hard to come by a good one elsewhere in the area.

Good food, clean environment, and nice staff. Our orders came out super quickly, and there were plenty of clean places to eat inside.

Came in 20 min to close after I got off work to pay for an over priced sandwich and was served a huge helping of attitude and disgust for coming in apparently too late for this woman’s taste. She has glasses and some poorly done tattoos and I hope that’s not the permanent expression she keeps on her face because it’s most certainly not going to bring customers back in. As a manager myself it was straight up rude to treat a customer like an inconvenience when they’re the ones responsible for making sure you have a job to begin with. Reminder. You’re paid by the hour.

Used to love this place. The last 3 orders have not been great. Today after preordering hours in advance the delivery was 30 minutes late. Sandwich was a mess. Mostly old dry bread. Hardly any turkey. Avocado was brown. Nope.\ \ *The response to this review is unfortunate. Very defensive. Unapologetic. Finger pointing at Grub Hub. Sure that explains the late delivery but zero mention of the stale bread (fresh bread doesn't go stale in 30 minutes when it's wrapped up in foil), lack of ingredients, and the fact that this is the 3rd time that my food wasn't good. I'll give you the brown avocado if the driver was late, but this response doesn't make me want to spend my money here again. Taking honest feedback isn't easy but you can't improve what you don't know about. Like what was the ideal endgame with this response? What is more important, to be right or to earn my business back? For future reference, a better response would have been to truly listen to the feedback, own it, apologize, offer to make it right, and ask the customer to give you another shot. Everyone makes some mistakes, but this reads like excuses. Good customer service starts at the top and this response is not an example of that. What hurts a business more than bad reviews, is a bad reaction. Honestly this response turns me off more than the poor food. Still nope.

I only come here for their WW Fries ? but even after a handfull of..interesting experiences..I still persisted to come back to get what I expected and that was WW crispy fries.\ \ After emailing in and making some suggestions I can now only say that my words have made an impact and I have speedily seen this location implement my suggestions.\ \ So I have now decided to come back and leave this 5 star review for Mackenzie Theesen’s communication and attention to her customers.

The sandwich are ok and not really worth the high price. I never feel that I got an amazing sandwich here or spent my money well.

Foods usually alright. Most of the time the place is understaffed and the employees are busting their buttons though. I'm kinda sad the muffuleta is gone...

First let me say I love Which Wich and I eat there two to three times per week. I’m giving the staff at the 8101 E Belleview Avenue Marina Shopping Center, a less than stellar one star because they won’t make the sandwiches the way I request without adding charges. Wednesday is Wicked Wednesday and that means you can get a Wicked for $5. Since they never scoop enough bread out for their skinny orders, I requested that my bread be on the side. I was told I would have to pay full price if I wanted this done because it was a major modification. “Full price” meaning that I would not get the Wicked for $5, I would have to pay for the sandwich as if it were not on sale. The associate was clear in saying that the point of having a $5 sandwich deal limited the modifications you can make without changing the price back to its regular price. There were no other patrons in the establishment, so it wasn’t due to a rush. When I spoke to two other Which Wich franchises in the immediate area, after the visit, I was told that I could have my bread on the side no problem. I have had many problems with my sandwiches being incorrect with the current lunch time staff at the Which Wich on 8101 E Belleview Ave, Unit AA Englewood CO 80111, that I won’t go in there anymore when they are there. It’s super frustrating to like a restaurant so close to my home and not be able to eat there. I will be sharing my story with anyone who will listen.

Ordered 2 sandwiches this evening for delivery. The club sandwich was ordered on wheat bread but came on white. Hardly any meat on either sandwich although the vegetables were very fresh and plentiful. Paid a few cents short of $50 for sandwiches including all fees and tip. Then was berated by the delivery driver for not providing exact directions even though specific directions were written in the special delivery options on the app. Will not order from here again.
