Ice cream was overpriced and mediocre. We got a milkshake that costs almost $9 and it was watery, flavorless, and probably only like 5 ounces. Brownie tasted like straight cocoa powder. Would not recommend this overpriced place

It was a hot spring day and we decided to walk to another local ice cream establishment near our West Highland neighborhood. So glad we found Sweet Action! No lines and the most delicious frozen treats! Just one block from Federal in a quiet neighborhood.

Some of the best ice cream around! We were able to sample a few flavors, which made it hard to choose because they were all delicious. Went with the salted golden Oreo and did not regret it one bit. No inside seating, but they have a bench out front. Worth a stop if you are in the area!

We love this place! Kids enjoy the variety of vegan choices and they love it. Employees are always friendly and kind. We stop by every time we come to Denver. ?
Always disappointed that they don’t have many of the classic flavors like cookies and cream, chocolate chip cookie dough, etc. they’ve been through two owners/franchises in a few years and still haven’t sorted that out. I thought they had changed the menu at the end of last summer to include some of those but they didn’t have them today, so I decided to go get some from the grocery store around the corner instead of paying for a flavor I really don’t enjoy that much.
Place is so boss.Their waffle cones are so flakey, airy, and semi sweet.The assortment of homemade flavors is astonishing.I’m always a sucker for buttered anything and pecans and pralines. Two of my personal favorites here.Staff is always cool.

We were hungry for some ice cream, so we found this little shop after reading several reviews. We also looked at their online menu to see what flavors they were offering and thought the variety looked interesting.We were able to park along the street nearby. I imagine if it was earlier in the day, parking might be challenging to find.The place was smaller than I expected. There wasn’t any seating except for a bench along the main window.They offered 20 varieties of ice cream, sherbet and sorbet. We were offered some samples, so we each tried two flavors. I ended up ordering the blood orange sorbet, my wife chose the mimosa sherbet, and my son picked the Cadbury Egg.When I paid, I noticed that the prompts did not ask me for a tip. Later I noticed on the menu, they are tip free because they’ve increased their employees’ wages. So glad to see that!After we had our ice cream, we sat down on the bench, had a brief conversation and enjoyed our treat.If you’re in the neighborhood, or even if you need to drive a ways, stop by Sweet Action and enjoy a treat!

Yummy! My go to is either banana split or brownie a la mode, so since I didn't see a banana split on the menu I got a heated brownie with a scoop of strawberry parfait ice cream. Delicious! I think it's a bit overpriced but albeit super tasty.

Excellent ice cream. The three times I've been in, all the staff has been kind, and helpful. They all knew every ingredient of the ice cream flavors and no matter how busy it was, did a good job handling the balance between customer service and speed.
