This is a neighborhood gem! The venue is a cute renovated old building with large windows and plenty of seating--a long bar with a mix of banquettes and tables. The food was wonderful! We have two appetizers, the meatballs and the patatas bravas. Both were great. Tender meatballs with a delicious red sauce and crispy potatoes tossed in a red pepper sauce. We wanted to love our experience. The ambiance was charming, though the air temperature was quite chilly inside. Our server was amazing. She was bright, cheery and made us want to love our time there. The drinks were yummy so kudo's to the bartender! The food, however, fell short. We started with meatballs which arrived cold. Honestly, not much flavor either. But had they actually been warm, it might have made up for it. The French onion soup had to have been an overload...
Great neighborhood place! None of us had been there before and we all thought it very good. Primarily Italian, but with other choices as well. Get an Old Fashioned! Delicious! We were a group of 7, and it wasn't so loud that we couldn't have conversations. Fun atmosphere
