The ambiance exudes charm, complemented by delightful coffee offerings. However, as someone with petite hands, I found the small lavender latte with almond milk a bit underwhelming, especially considering its price exceeding $6. Typically accustomed to 12 oz servings for a small, this one felt particularly diminutive (6oz?).

Ngl worst Carmel latte I have ever had. It tasted like hot chocolate and Carmel!

Coolsville pretty much every which way. Oh, and a little magical when you least expect it.

My favorite espresso in town! A genuine kindness pervades this neighborhood cafe, and I am so thankful to have found it. Every coffee drink is hand crafted with care -- I haven't experienced this level of integrity and attention to detail at a cafe in a long time. Ex: refoamed the almond milk multiple times until the barista was satisfied... without me asking. Others have raved about the breakfast burritos -- yes they are THAT good! Atmosphere reflects the Ethiopian heritage of the owners. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: Almond, soy, and oat milk

I stopped by to have a coffee and get some work done and the Internet is not working. Coffee is good and gals working at the front are super sweet, but not useful if there is no internet.

This cafe has the best latte I've ever had. And the breakfast burritos are cheap and delicious. I think about them every day.

The veggie panini was mouthwateringly well done. The latte was smooth & not bitter I was able to drink it straight (I usually have cream and sugary). The staff was super friendly/welcoming & accommodating. They were fast with the food & good quality. The space was nice only missing a comfy couch tbh.Granted I went in the evening it was 20-30 degrees out the place is not insulated well at all and wore my jacket the entire time with a double layer wrist lengths shirt too.Only reason the atmosphere got only 4 stars is they desperately should have had the heater on as it would make it more cozy & make the experience better/ guests stay longer. Would highly suggest insulating the place/replace the front glass windows (likely more a landlord thing though)Other than that will definitely be back for the menu & friendly staff & affordable food prices! <3

I went here for the first time in early January and came back again with my friend. I ordered a cortado both times and both baristas created THE perfect cortado. Espresso not burnt and milk foamed just right. Bravo baristas!

I am currently sitting on Whittier Cafes cozy little patio and wow, I think I may have found my new work spot. This little coffee shop is colorful, the baristas are kind, and the coffee is right up my alley It's a bit chilly out, so I went with the honey bear latte (a house favorite) and consider my afternoon made. It's the perfect amount of sweetness without being too overwhelming, and feels like a huge bear hug with every sip. (Especially on these colder days) I am looking forward to attending their East African coffee ceremonies which take place on Sundays at two and trying their wide variety of teas they offer. P.s. they are dog friendly! See you soon Whittier cafe! Thank you!

The veggie panini is awesome. The cappuccino is wicked and then ....Mexican Coke. Located in the old Lincoln Market building, where I spent hours ditching class when I should have been in Manual High during the 80s, it is a star in Five Points. Thank you for being hospitable to some old death metalheads and punks who visited the building before the cafe was even a vision.

Stopped by yesterday with a coworker for the first time, and both loved the cafe! It's nicely decorated and has plenty of seating, inside and out. Lots of options for drinks (coffee, tea, energy drinks, etc) and a cute bakery showcase. Price is cheap and the mocha I ordered was delicious! Will come back again, hopefully when it's warmer to enjoy the outdoor seating ?

Such a cute coffee shop located in a quiet neighborhood. We had mocha iced coffees and a chocolate croissant. This is somewhere I would love to have brunch and work on my laptop. The barista was very kind :)
