The Queso Fundido is my go-to appetizer and an incredible way to kick off your meal. I highly recommend adding chorizo and pairing it with their Pineapple-Habanero salsa for an extra burst of flavor.
For tacos, the Buffalo Chicken is a standout with its unique twist—crispy chicken, cotija, ranch, habanero-buffalo sauce, cabbage-carrot slaw, and scallion. Another favorite is the Bulgogi taco—the kimchi takes this taco to the next level, offering an amazing Korean twist on Mexican classics.
You can’t miss the Quesabirria Plate—these tacos are rich, flavorful, and served with delicious consomé, along with black beans and rice for the perfect meal.
For dessert, treat yourself to the Churro Waffle Sundae. It's a showstopper, featuring warm cinnamon-sugar churros, vanilla ice cream, chile-maple butter sauce, fresh berries, and more. It's indulgent and unforgettable!
Also if you are sober curious don’t forget about their amazing selection of NA beers and mocktails.
The service is incredible, the hospitality is warm, and the space is spotless. I can’t recommend Wild Taco enough—5 stars all the way!

We had pretty high hopes for this place but left extremely disappointed. The food was not good, Period. Everything we had was under-seasoned except for the soup which, ironically, had been reduced to the point of being inedibly salty. I ordered two carnitas tacos on the taco Tuesday deal (2 hardshell tacos and a Marg for $11), one was mostly fat, the other was completely dried out and stringy. The margarita was passable.
They have a lot of creative vegetarian/vegan options which is great, but my partner found his food to be more sweet than anything else.
Service wasn't great either but it wasn't entirely her fault. The only other person running food left right as multiple tables came in. We ended up feeling pretty bad for her as she was really starting to struggle to keep up. I would suggest the restaurant switch to counter service to lighten the load on their staff.
All in all, I left still hungry and thirsty despite the $75 check.

Came in for lunch today 12/18. Sat at the bar and had a great lunch and even better service. The pineapple salsa and each taco I had was great! Excited to come in again!!

Food was decent, and the service was attentive, but I was surprised by a 4% ‘culinary appreciation’ charge added to my bill. I have immense respect for foodservice workers and always tip generously, but I don’t support business practices that rely on hidden fees to subsidize fair wages. Owners should pay their staff what they’re worth without burdening customers with unexpected charges in addition to tips. If prices need to go up, just be transparent about it. Sneaky fees like this don’t reflect well on the business and leave a bad impression.
