Got some wings (40) during the super bowl and they were really Kick-Ass. I'm from Buffalo so we take our wings very seriously. These people know what they're doing. We'll definitely return and get more wings.

I don’t understand how Wing Slingers justifies their prices when the place is dirty and the quality doesn’t match what they’re charging. The dining room was not clean — tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped down properly, the floors were dirty, and the overall environment felt neglected.

If you’re going to charge premium prices for wings, the least you can do is maintain a clean restaurant and deliver a premium experience. Instead, it feels like you’re paying more and getting less.

After my experience, I went and looked at other reviews, and clearly I’m not the only one saying this. People are pointing out the same problems — high prices and dirty conditions. That tells me this isn’t a one-time issue, it’s a pattern.

Customers deserve better, especially at those prices. Clean your restaurant, fix your pricing, and respect the people who are paying to eat there. Until then, I won’t be back.

great place, owner is very honest and caring around his work, and community, loved how he fed an endirely women instead of turning her away, this place fits anyone’s budget! They also upkeep the maintenance wether it be cleaning I. The kitchen or tables also the cashier is very knowledgeable about his sauces, or combos good place must visit !

Overall the restaurant was amazing, the two young lady’s at the front were very nice and good at communicating about my order. But, the bigger lady in the back cooking was being very rude to all the other employees and for the 20 minutes that I was waiting I constantly heard her nagging at everybody else working. She even took it to volumes of screaming and cursing at another employee to where it even made me feel uncomfortable having to witness that

Wing Slingers (Illiff & Quebec)

I ordered a 30-piece mild wing with lemon pepper sprinkles and was given plain lemon pepper wings with no mild sauce at all. When I called the store to let them know about the mistake, the employee insisted the wings were correct.

What made this especially frustrating is that I had visited this exact location the weekend before with my family and ordered the same wings, a flavor I’ve been ordering for years, and only returned because we felt we had finally found a wing spot that delivers the quality and flavor we like.

The employee argued that their mild sauce is a buttery sauce and “not red,” which directly contradicts what I was served just last weekend. Instead of listening to the customer and trying to correct the issue, they chose to argue.

The lack of customer service and hospitality was disappointing and reflects poorly on management. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters and this one wasn’t handled well.
