Terrible service 1 hour to deliver the food and I get home the old potatoes and the chickens reheated hard like 4 times I pay for a meal and they give me that crap I don't think I'll never go back to that place and it was Sunday, December 8 at 6 :30 pm.

The man working the counter and the kitchen on 10/30/24 at around 4:00-4:10pm had amazing customer service. It was clear he was busy and overworked and I wasn’t sure if there was another employee in the back. He still greeted me as I walked in even though he was working on an order in the kitchen. I picked up a mobile order that was ready right on time with hot and fresh food. The food was great, everything in my order was there, and we even had leftovers to finish later. Great customer service by this employee and amazing work ethic!! definitely worth checking out if he is working that day, i wish i got his name because his service was impeccable.
I waited a half hour for 8 wings and fries. How do I know? I had a timer running to change my laundry. Unreal. The lady at the counter had the nerve to get mad at ME.

Super annoying that an order was accepted, being made then magically canceled due to the store being closed on door dash. You are clearly open and why accept an order to cancel and be closed. Waste of time and waste of a double dash.. thanks a lot. Do better with your customer service please and don't accept orders if you feel the need to be closed on an app.

THIS PLACE WAS NASTY food looked old tasted old and was not good at all, the ranch looked thick and old as if it was sitting for a long time the place was not clean and smelled like vomit I don’t recommend this location at all this place makes every other wing stop look bad if your looking for good service and good food I recommend looking for a different location
