I did an online order in the man over the phone after taking a 400 wing order made sure that he made my order correctly even though I messed up on my order online he made sure to correct it. I didn’t get his name. I wish I did. He’s amazing

Their delivery person lost our food, didn’t even try to bring it to the right store and then was rude when we told him that’s not the address that was given to them. Called the store to let them know and they tried to not give us a refund even though we paid through wing stops website!! Horrible customer service

Terrible service. Sent me the wrong order for a delivery. I called what I assume was the manager. He told me to either drive to the location to show him or take a photo of my order. I took a photo, sent it in and never heard back. Plenty of better wing spots to get not only better quality food but for sure better service.

I don't know why I stopped in here.
I forgot that their wings are not the traditional fare I enjoy.
My favorite wing restaurant is Willy's Wings in Morrison, Colorado.
WingsStop just deviates too much from the basics of good traditional chicken wings in my opinion.
I was extremely disappointed - and hope I never forget that when contemplating stopping in again.
If their take on Wings turns you on - then they would be a decent fit.
The manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is clean.
The furniture and atmosphere is very basic with zero frills.
Their napkins were brown paper towels on a roll.
They served the purpose of wiping hands.
Their hours are great for after bar food runs.

I came to eat, it took them more than 30 minutes to prepare my order and the store was empty, there was not a single customer. The employees were in the kitchen eating chicken and potatoes.

Terrible service 1 hour to deliver the food and I get home the old potatoes and the chickens reheated hard like 4 times I pay for a meal and they give me that crap I don't think I'll never go back to that place and it was Sunday, December 8 at 6 :30 pm.

The man working the counter and the kitchen on 10/30/24 at around 4:00-4:10pm had amazing customer service. It was clear he was busy and overworked and I wasn’t sure if there was another employee in the back. He still greeted me as I walked in even though he was working on an order in the kitchen. I picked up a mobile order that was ready right on time with hot and fresh food. The food was great, everything in my order was there, and we even had leftovers to finish later. Great customer service by this employee and amazing work ethic!! definitely worth checking out if he is working that day, i wish i got his name because his service was impeccable.
