Great food and service
Outstanding customer service, clean tables, cozy atmosphere, Chris and alma deserve a raise they’re the sweetest and great at their job. I’ve been to this Wingstop countless times and every single time they greet me with a big smile and make sure everything is in order.
right after I placed my order they mysteriously closed? I’m confused. Mind you, it’s 8:30pm this store isn’t supposed to close until 12AM?
They made me wait for everybody else that came in after me and they made me wait for everybody else's orders and they told me 5 min indeed up being 45 minutes the manager was racist against black people she only want to serve her own Mexican race first. Not far and my food had so much lemon pepper I couldn't even eat my food all brownies are old
Meh sometimes they do good, sometimes they do bad. You just get lucky I guess. Most of the time it’s decent tho 👍🏽
This time the wings were super tasty and the fries were nice and crispy. Other times fries are too saggy.
I don’t know why this location only has 3 stars. I’ve been ordering here for 5+ years and have always had a perfect order! And the wings are big!! Thank you, WingStop!
I ordered the 50 piece combo i pick up my order there’s only 20 wings. I go back and ask them to fix this, I show them a video of the missing food I wait a hour for them to fix this . I come back the second time to pick up the order that’s supposed to be fixed and there’s 30 wings of flavors I didn’t order I go back the manger refuses to fix the order or give me a refund The manager tells me I need to take it up with cooperate the manger was disrespectful, rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Absolutely ruined my super bowl, after the way the manger acted I wouldn’t trust them to make a food order for me ever again. We in total had to go back 3 times to ask for our food to be fixed, and at the end we were denied a refund or a fixed order.
Would give negative stars if I could. I pre ordered my wings in advance for the Super Bowl to be picked up at 330pm and they just canceled my order for no reason and when I went to get my wings they just said my order was canceled and I can place another one but I had to wait 2 hours! I asked if there was anything they could do to get me my order sooner and they just didn’t care at all. Worst service ever and I’ll never order from them again!

My bf and I ate here 12/29 & ordered two beers. They do not accept digital IDs and that I understand but we were still served our alcohol. We came back 1/3 to find out they ONLY take Colorado IDs because they have to scan them. This seems degrading to my bf that has a Mexican matricula. If this is Wings Stop policy, all their employees should be on board.
It's hit or miss at this wingstop, Sometimes the wings are done well, and others time the chicken, still clucking!
Accurate orde
Always 30 plus minute waits on Sunday’s. I get it’s Sunday and football everyone wants wings. But the service gets downgraded significantly.
Order said ready by 7:51 pm. Which I already knew was a lie. I aimed to be there at 8:00 pm. They give us five minutes when I’m there to pick up at 8. They start bringing out bags and calling out names so I’m waiting for my name to be called too.
It’s now 8:25, I’m now starving. I ask what’s up with my order. The worker looks through the whole shelf of orders, goes to the back to check, comes back, then MIRACULOUSLY. They find my order nustled in there, second row of the shelf, Obviously has been there since I got there. Even if it wasn’t, they really called out everyone else’s name as the orders came out, but not mine?
Cherry on top, they were terribly made wings, these are practically plain with a touch of hot sauce.
Not coming back to this one! I’ll be going to others. This used to be the good one too!

Just found out our 60$ for our movie went to waste because this place didn't want to give my black cousin her food.😬 Me, Alex and David got our wings before her and we ordered AFTER she did. We used her card. At the same counter.
The hefty lady kept ignoring her too so she asked for her money back after 50 minutes. That seemed on purpose too. Everyone not latino i know never wants to come here. Now we know why.
Also Im reporting this franchise to corporate. Based on experience and the reviews it needs a reshaping and a visit from the Colorado Department of Health and Food Safety so Ill see what I can do to make that happen. Crazy how that went down, and how disrespectful they were about it.
