Went for the hot box combo 7 times and each time (except last night) they were awesome. I got 7 drums and a wing, with a grease filled box, ranch spilled in the bag and terrible service upon arrival. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes the guy that came to the counter started to fake answering phone calls while checking out his register to not help customers, then he proceeds to act as if I need my roommate and my own picture order verification for food. Afterwards a girl comes ask for the names and gives me bags that were sitting on the shelf the whole 20 minutes I was there. Don't have teenage boys working with teenage girls that only try entertaining each other instead of customers. My friend had his two hot box combos and a 20 piece messed up and they acted as if he messed up the food or put all the grease in his wing containers, please address this location and bring some semblance of professionalism to this location. People pay decent hard earned money for food that is supposed to consistently pleasing to the pallet and don't have time to go back or wait for another order to get made as we all have lives. Please do something to assure customers aren't constantly getting screwed with no recourse because they don't have time to fight with negligent employees.

I think you guys forgot to add sauce to the wings. I can see bare chicken, it’s especially egregious on the mango habanero ones. Barely any sauce.

The staff is very ignorant and horrible customer service. They don't care about treating customers right. The owner of this place should take a look a these reviews and fix the problem with the employees. Absolutely horrible! The only reason I keep going is because the food is good and so close to home.

I’m from Texas and order this specific Wingstop 2 days in a row while visiting. Thinking maybe the first day it was so delicious and it was a fluke. Apparently this restaurant is just really up to par with the food and knows how to make the wings and fries.

Llegué a la tienda y fue a pagar mi comida la cajera fue muy amable conmigo. Revise mi comida para ver si estaba completa pero... el sabor de unas de mis alitas no era correcto y pedí que me las cambiaran la cajera fue a la cocina y pidió que me las cambiaran pero la encargada de ese turno se rehúso y me hizo una mirada con una actitud negativa. Si un sabor de mis alitas no era correcto como yo lo había pedido era obligación de ellos cambiarlo pero en una buena forma. Ya que yo en ningún momento llegue a pedir comida regalada, yo pagué por mi orden.
