This is such a good team and location. They always get my order right, today there was an issue with the printers so they didn’t have my order ready and i had to wait less than 10 minutes. They upgraded my whole entire order as an apology for the wait and apologized profusely. Everyone there is always so friendly!

Fries were soggy, received boneless wings instead of bone-in wings, with one order received wrong sauce, it took forever to get the order completed.
In my own words I had a wonderful experience don’t believe at all what this clowns (aka customers) say because the store was cleaned friendly staff and quick and fresh food, I honestly thought because of the reviews it would be bad but in reality y’all need a life because the food was good idk what y’all talking about

Terrible service. Ordered online and they didn’t start making my food until I got there. So it took my food 45 minutes to be made. Everyone was standing around so a “rush” wasn’t the reason. Gave me all drumsticks. Stage staff was rude. On Colfax though so I’m not sure why I expected anything more.
