Ordered online for pickup, as soon as i got here they gave my order to someone else (like how many people could possibly be picking up for Anaya) and are now making me wait for them to make it again. Didn’t bother to offer anything for their mistake.

I love this location! My boyfriend and I have been coming to this wing stop for over a year now, and we love the food here. The fries are always delicious just like their mango habanero boneless wings. The team is awesome as well, and the atmosphere is great. I’ll definitely keep going to this location.

Asked for extra blue cheese for my order, and right when an associate was about to give it to me, a female associate took it out of his hand and said I’m only allowed one (asked for multiple previously at the same location). Had an attitude when I politely asked both times, I get working in fast food can be miserable, but please be nice and have respect for your customers.

Wing stop and door dash have to get it together every time I order online my order is always incomplete. I strongly suggest to wing stop corporate to stop using door dash. This is ridiculous and unprofessional on both sides. wing stop blames door dash and door dash blames wing stop 😡😡😡 The manager refused to refund my money this place as a frenshise has really gone down hill in food service, customer service and value BDubs would never. I really hope the door dash that made the drop off reads this. Her disengenuous apology and her opse they didn't give me a drink was offensive.

my car died as I was sitting in the parking lot eating my food which was good by the way, I was worried but one of the employees helped me jump start my car and get it running. (He was on break) I’m beyond grateful, I appreciate you Sebastian, I believe was his name, I’m glad to see there’s still good people out here I hope he gets a raise

I ordered over the phone, they told me to pick up my food at 6:20. I arrived and had to wait close to 20 more minutes for my food. The whole purpose of preordering food is so I can just pick it up!? The older gentleman working the front was pretty rude and had to ask me what I ordered after I just paid for my food. The music they were playing was way too loud, horrible atmosphere. There were a bunch of kids working there but only two people were working, I don't understand if there were that many people working why was my food not ready? I wouldn't order there again it's inconvenient, I wouldn't eat there either the people there are rude!
