I wanna shout out this wing stop. Every single time I've been here I've had nothing but good service and good food. Normally fast food places I only review if it's horrible but this location has gone above and beyond to warrant a five star review

my car died as I was sitting in the parking lot eating my food which was good by the way, I was worried but one of the employees helped me jump start my car and get it running. (He was on break) Iām beyond grateful, I appreciate you Sebastian, I believe was his name, Iām glad to see thereās still good people out here I hope he gets a raise

I ordered over the phone, they told me to pick up my food at 6:20. I arrived and had to wait close to 20 more minutes for my food. The whole purpose of preordering food is so I can just pick it up!? The older gentleman working the front was pretty rude and had to ask me what I ordered after I just paid for my food. The music they were playing was way too loud, horrible atmosphere. There were a bunch of kids working there but only two people were working, I don't understand if there were that many people working why was my food not ready? I wouldn't order there again it's inconvenient, I wouldn't eat there either the people there are rude!

Someone hacked my wingstop account and made a $80 order to this wingstop. I called the store as soon as I noticed (the order hadnāt been picked up yet) and let them know about the situation. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. The person who answered said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the manger and they said she wasnāt there and to call later. I did call later and they asked me to come in. I went to the store and the manger was apathetic and told me she was not going to do anything about it. This is the worst experience Iāve had a wingstop.

Wonderful staff, gentleman taking orders was an awesome sales person.
The chicken gets pretty soggy in the to go box, they left behind this crazy like puddle of vomit in the box. Yet somehow the chicken was still insanely dry, with dipping sauce. It was impossible to eat without a chug jug drink with it. They definitely use pretty old oil in the fryer cause the breading def had that bitterness.
The fries on the other hand are always soggy here, no crisp, not much potato or salt, and again that old fry oil makes it so greasy and bitter, just gross to eat. Its awful.
I always feel sick when I eat from here. Yet for some reason I've come back multiple times. Stockholm syndrome I guess

This is my first time trying Wingstop. Unfortunately it will be my last. I ordered the chicken sandwich in Garlic Parmesan and it came with no sauce, just plain. I also got cheese fries, wildly disappointing. Fries were very soggy and the cheese was pretty much congealed and terrible quality, like the fake cheese you pump at the gas station ?
Man it was bad, I wouldn't eat here again, definitely not. The only saving grace was the chicken sandwich was crispy. But again, there was no sauce whatsoever.

I tried to make a 75 wing family pack order for delivery at 11:40pm after landing in Denver at this location. The website would not allow me to place the delivery order online and so we called this store to place the order for pickup. The guy we spoke to said he was unable to make such a large order over the phone late at night. I then asked if I could make the order online for pickup and he said ok.
When we went to pick up the wings he was very friendly and we got our wings very fast! It was great service! We hate to be the last customer of the night but we felt welcomed here!
