I paid $50 in wings and still have to pay for ranch. That is bullshit. Other restaurants give complimentary sauces. There is no reason I should be paying for ranch.

I've ordered at this Wingstop a few times they always forget items in your order, unfortunately I order through Uber eats and am unable to go to the store and get the missing food items, I'd recommend going to other Wingstop's not this location.

This manager should be fired immediately. She doesn't care about customer service even when it's their own fault with orders. We ordered through the website. Doordash delivered the food. The bag had very minimal of our large order. We drove to the store to try to settle the order. They said that they completed the order fully and that they were too busy to redo the order .We called doordash and made a report on the driver. Doordash also successfully resubmitted the order twice and the store canceled both times and lied to us saying that doordash only sent the driver but didn't submit the orders which is a total lie. It's obvious the manager has very poor customer service and doesn't do her job well to run the store. We did call Wingstop got our refund and reported that store. Please it's better to pick up your order to double check your food. Don't trust this store to deliver any of your food.
