Customers will answer the phone like it is their personal cell phone, they are rude. Every table is dirty. The last three times I ordered food each time at least 35 to 60% of my order was incorrect.
The manager does not care about how she trains her employees. I guarantee they test in the bottom part of the qsc's and secret shoppers.
This is one of the worst Wingstop that I have ever been at. And I managed a top gun store for 9 years. Working between Colorado and Texas and shopping at almost every single Wingstop along the way.

I placed an order online and when I went to the customization page it did not offer any special requests to write in I placed the order it said to call the store if I had any other request cancel or to change an order I called the store I had ordered from online and requested that the wings have extra sauce on the wings I had also purchased two cups of extra hot sauce on the side I called and asked if they can make sure that the wings had extra sauce on the wings. The kid that I spoke to put me on hold for a brief moment and asked the manager if they can do the special request he came back from while I was holding and said okay we'll see you shortly I get to pick up my order come home to feed my family and noticed there is no sauce on the wings they completely look plain with minimal sauce I called back to speak to the manager and she advised me that it was an upcharge for extra sauce on the wings I said I've always asked them for extra wet without a charge I explained on the website there is no special place to put a request on there so how can there be an upcharge if there's no specific place for extra sauce on the wings?! I explained I was very upset and I wasn't happy that the wings were very dry no sauce at all visible on the wings I asked if we can do something to make it right that I was not able to return to the store I explained the reason why I had called because of the website had no option for me to put it on my order so I called the store to request just as it says on the website she refused to make it right and take responsibility for their actions and says all she told the worker was that I had to pay extra but he did not relay the message to me when I picked up my order or did not tell me he did not put the extra sauce on the wings very frustrated I asked her to make things right at least some type of a credit I understand not the full credit for the full order but something to make it right. I have called and requested extra wet wings previously. She refused to help me in any way unless I was to bring them back to the store which there was no possible way I can return to the store with my order she began to argue with me and said that they always charge for extra sauce on the wings I said how is that when I go in person to dine in and I've never been up charge for more sauce on the wings. she completely argued with me and became to get defensive without resolving the issue and explain to me she was not going to give me any credit or fix the problem then she hung up on me and a rude manner with no resolving to the issue whatsoever and I explained to her I would call corporate or I would write a review on Google if she did not correct this I was very upset she still hung up on me and it never got resolved so now I am reporting this situation because I was treated unfairly after I place my order and I called to explain it and have a custom on the page of the website to request the extra wet wings so very unprofessional. I am still upset I will not return to this location I refuse to go back to this specific location because of the managers attitude was poorly and she did not try to help with my concern her name is Ashley Rodriguez she is the one who hung up on me and did not resolve my issue. All I wanted was saucy wings. Like I usually get with no previous problems!!! Never have I had a manager not fix the issue anywhere.

Placed an order while on lunch at my job and accidentally placed the order at this location and called to cancel and see if I can get a refund and they stated it was ok they will give me a refund but never actually got refunded my money back and this order was placed on 8/9/2024

Front guy was too high to take our order correctly.
When I ordered take out and went to pick it up I got home and I opened it and got too orders of lemon pepper my fries were cold and when I ordered on the PHONE I asked for a 20 piece 10 medium hot and 10 lemon pepper nah I got deformed boneless lemon pepper wings never am I going to order from them again

The wings at this location SUCK! Dry, overcooked and hardly any sauce on them. I asked for a side of Atomic sauce and was given an orange, mild sauce. There was hardly any atomic sauce on my wings so they weren't spicy, and again the wings are dry. I've never had an issue at the Leetsdale/Quebec location but my first time ordering from this place WILL BE THE LAST time I ever order from here. Bunch of younger kids working there that don't care about anything, trust me go order from anywhere else; this location is only 4-5 minutes from my house but I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go back to the Leetsdale location
