We got good service and our food was fine. I had asked for extra marinara sauce for bread sticks and an extra icing for cinnamon sticks. We did not receive extras but I believe we were charged for them. Two stars off for two missing items.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. We placed an order and after and hour we called to see where our order was (delivery quoted at less than 1 hour). They said they had no driver’s that our pizza was done and would be here in 15 min ( we were staying at hotel blocks away). 45 minutes later, no pizza. When we called they said they couldn’t get ahold of us and cancelled the order despite looking the order up with my phone number that they had correct. This branch is shady…. Don’t waste your time.

Family and I got COVID so we decided we’d order a pizza for delivery. We ordered a medium one topping pepperoni pie. We received a sad, dry pizza. When I ordered it with extra pepperoni I didn’t think they’d decide to skip on the sauce and cheese. I’m pretty bummed because this isn’t the first time we’ve received a bad pizza from this place. Who wants a pizza that’s all crust and pepperoni??? Whoever made the pie, you act like putting toppings on comes out of your paycheck.Do yourself a favor and find a different pizza place. This is not the spot.

Adding gift card to app was a hassle. You can only save a 12 digit card not a 16 digit one. My extras liked crushed pepper and sauces were forgotten. Pizza was tasty though!

The cashier had something more important on the screen and I stood in front of him waiting to be acknowledged. Then he coughed into his hand before talking to me and picking up my order. Without washing his hands or using hand sanitizer.

I'm currently a leukemia patient who is received stem cell transplant at UCHealth Anschutz Campus this past Thursday Dec 8th, 2022.I actually had an appetite and wanting something different than the bland cafeteria food, so I decided on Pizza Hut thus ordering a medium pan with Italian sausage (right) and pepperoni (left) and received a supreme pizza instead.So that being said, I won't be ordering from them anytime soon. Think twice before ordering from the following Pizza Hut location 12605 E. 16th Ave Aurora CO 80045.

I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread last weekend for carry out. I had my friend pick it up on their way over. ( DISCLAIMER: The beginning of the issue I will admit Is not completely the restaurants fault. My friend should have checked before leaving). When my friend arrived to my house with the pizza and cheese sticks, I saw that we had not received cheese sticks but bread sticks. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know they had given me the wrong type of bread. Instead of telling I could go back and exchange it, the rude girl that answered told me her manager had said he is the one that made the cheese bread and was positive it was correct so there was nothing they could do for me. I argued with the girl a bit but not once did I yell at her or insult her but when I asked for her name so I could know who is telling me they can’t help me, she hung up on me! I called back even more upset and supposedly the manager answered and he also did not want to give me the girls name however, he gave me his as Dillion. He did try to correct the situation however the replacement I received was poorly made and not only that but I didn’t even want it anymore for fear they would have messed with my food after complaining. I called corporate who was supposed to get back to me this week but I have yet to hear back from them. I preferred Pizza Hut over all the other pizza places even doing carry out since they didn’t deliver for a while but since this particular location is the closest to me, I will have to change chains because I will not go back to that place. Specially not with that girl that has no phone or customer service skills being in the front lines. I saw some other people review bad experiences with a girl as well. Perhaps it’s the same one and they should look into it before they keep losing customers for someone that isn’t worth it. These are the breadsticks they argued were cheesy breads.

I paid for two sides of ranch and a red pepper shaker and neither of them arrived with my order. The mozzerella sticks were cold and rubbery. The boneless wings were also cold.
