I called Pizza Hut on 3200 Colorado Blvd and the man who answered the phone and took my order was so rude he gave me the impression it would be a mistake to eat their food. He was not just rude but piss poor rude as if passively looking for a verbal fight. I told him I changed my mind and canceled the order. The regional manager for this location should call the store now and then and pretend to be a customer placing an order and personally hear what the customer hears when they call.

Do not EVER WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Absolutely horrible will never waste my time or money as this awful place again. It's embarrassing how bad their service is. If I was a manager there I would be thoroughly embarrassed and would Pursue other employment options. 51 bucks for pizza I didn't even get top notch service there folks!

I really wish I knew who cut this pizza , seems to me that there's a little to much 420 going on here. The process to get the pizza was chaotic, and unorganized due to Covid-19.

Terrible Pizza Hut that takes a decent brand and trashes it. The staff is rude and distracted, they don't care. The food is awful and often produced wrong. Enjoy the attitude and condemnation you'll receive when you ask for what you paid. I can say nothing positive about this place. Dominoes is up the street. Blackjack just over in Stapleton. Order pizza from anywhere but this location.

Horrible customer service. They let one of my pizzas fall out of the oven and drop on the floor. I had placed this order to be done at 11:15 for a reason. Also, the girl at the counter has nasty, nasty fingernails. The ones that weren't broken were WAY to long to be working with food. The manager in the back has a bad attitude as well. Acting like it was my fault the order wasn't ready. If this pizza wasn't for my employees, I would have demanded a refund. I'm just really hoping that nobody takes of bite of nasty fake fingernails. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered wings and the lady quoted me 10 minutes. 20 minutes later she said they would be right out. I noticed that some food including two large pizzas and some deliveries were already done before my wings. The place was pretty empty. She went to go back and check on my wings and they had been sitting out for 15 minutes on the table. She apologized but that's it. Pretty sure my wings are going to be cold by the time I get home. And it's not even about the money, I don't need a refund. It's more so about the time and cold food. I will not be back.

I really don't know what going on with the Pizza Hut on Colorado Blvd. They have been serving burnt pizzas.

This Pizza hut is garbage. I ordered 2 pzones from them and called right after I received my delivery and they let me know that they couldn't send me the marinara sauce with a driver and that I could either pick it up, or receive a 1.40 credit. So, basically I'm left to either go up there and grab the sauces myself, which literally defeats the purpose of delivery, or walk all the way up there and get them. I was so mad that I walked all the way up there to see if their manager was nearly as shiftless as his solution and he was. I didn't order pizza to be delivered to me so I could go through this much crap. Do yourself a favor and order from a different pizza hut.

The GM who refused to give me a refund because the pizza was going to take 45 mins was very rude very disrespectful and the way he was talking to me was disgusting he was dirty not wearing gloves and there was a mess. All over the counter stated that it would take 14-21 business days for a refund definitely won't ever eat Pizza Hut again your GM at this location should never work in customer service if he is short and can't handle simple situationsas far as guest satisfaction goes Terrible just terrible. I almost positive he is rude to everybody he interacts with didn't give me a a copy of my receipt. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. I honestly in shock how I was treated maybe it was because of the color of my skin

We decided to have a pizza delivered for our dinner. Pizza hut was close and we like the pizzas. We ordered online. The order process was easy, the delivery came at a good time and the pizzas tasted great. Thank you Pizza Hut.

for all the $5** stuff they can throw out the door, Sunday night @ the Colorado Blvd and Martin Luther King was a disaster, hour wait and big bruh mad @ his career choices, talking crazy to the lady about some plates.... so long story short for my $80** you really need to check your attitude.
