The best pastry place in town! Amazing service!
The only thing I wish they had more seating because it's more takeout place.

Very cute (Boss Lady's words, not mine) bakery/cafe. It's now her favorite in Denver. Once you walk in, the amazing smells of baked goods smacks your face. They have a large assortment of delicious pastries and breakfast items.

We ordered some savory offerings this time. An egg, cheese, green chili and bacon danish and a quiche. Both were outrageously delicious. The coffee drinks are just as good. Seating is very limited with one small table and a street facing bar top. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It's our go-to Denver bakery!

Cute little bakery and coffee shop on a walkable street.

The gentleman working the register was kind and helpful as I decided which pastries I would get. Torn between a wall of delicious looking pastries, we chose the Raspberry Tart and the Galette. Both were perfectly sweet and had an amazing texture. I want to order at least one of everything next time.

(I was so excited to try them that I didn’t wait to take a photo 🐽)

Highly recommend the egg sandwich with a hash brown. Coffee was delicious, and I've never had better pastries.

Vegetarian options: The hash brown patty is better than meat. The sandwiches all come with eggs. Savory pastries are available without meat.

⁃    $11.25 for sausage egg and cheddar w/ my additional toppings of hash brown. Would have been $10.50 without hash brown. Little pricey but they have a lot of customizability which is like
⁃    The process of picking this up was a little bit confusing but thats on me for it being a first timer here. I ordered pick up and it was a little crowded inside and the main cashier wasn’t really giving me instructions as I stood awkwardly to the side. Then someone else came in and picked up from the pick up shelf in back of the store. TL;DR: walk back and grab it or ask someone if theyre paying attention but don’t stand around waiting for someone to ask you if you ordered for pickup
⁃    The sandwich itself: honestly great. I thought the sausage was good quality, egg was nicely cooked, and the cheese was cheesy. Bread was great - among the better brioche buns I’ve had on a breakfast sandwich. Makes sense, they probably bake it in house and the rest of their baked goods/pastries looked incredible.  I threw a hash brown in there and it was a welcome addition.
⁃    I’m giving this one an 8/10. Would be great if they had some hot sauce but this sandwich probably had the best meat out of all the places I’ve been so far.
⁃    Also worth noting I didnt give this a super fair shout as I picked it up about 30 minutes late. 100% my fault and the sandwich was still really good. If I lived nearby, I’d happily make this my Saturday morning go-to.

This spot is one of the greatest hidden gems in the highlands. Jason and his crew have been cranking out incredible bakery, breakfasts, and coffee since before 2016 when I lived just around the corner.
The food is amazing (brioche is to die for), and the staff is second to none. Great variety to accommodate many palates.
Definitely go here, it's worth it!
Previous post: Very friendly staff, the best breakfast sandwiches, and my personal favorite: a daily quiche special that's the best in town.

The pastries were all thrown on top of each other in a bag. The quality was terrible and no flavor in any of them. They tasted like cheap pastries from a grocery store.
