Food was great to just right even despite out salad missing ingredients.

Drinks were a 1/5, the way my drink was served was a crime against humanity. Hire some actual bartenders, please!

I've eaten at this restaurant many times over the past few years and it's always been really good. However, I took my family there last night to celebrate a birthday. We ordered the short ribs and chicken and both were severly over-cooked and were dry as a bone. To make matters worse, the GM was pushing us out of the restaurant, saying he had people waiting for our table, and we had only been there for 50-60 munites. $300+ dollars later, we had a subpar meal and awful hospitality. I won't ever go back and will no longer recommend this restaurant.

Wow. What an amazing experience all around. Suggestions were on point. The food was incredible. The service was unmatched. You can definitely eat for $20 pp but we tasted a bunch of the menu and spent a little bit more. We will recommend to everyone and we will be back. Date night approved!

This is definitely a wannabe southern restaurant in Denver, the Birria was some of the worst I’ve ever had. The price per portions is ridiculous. No N/A drink options hardly and none on the happy hour. The space is tiny. The service was really great, and the picanha was cooked perfectly but not worth the price still. I also enjoyed the rolls and the mac and cheese. Definitely wouldn’t go back but glad I tried it once.

The food was absolutely amazing! From the Blue Corn Empanadas, to the stellar Mac n Cheese, to the Maple Bacon Brussels. I would HIGHLY recommend the Lemon Pepper Chicken and the Trout, we found the Picanha to be mostly uneventful. Also the signature cocktails were all amazing! The only things that would make me think twice about coming back were how loud it was in the restaurant, you basically have to be yelling at the person you’re with, even if you are across the table from them. This was not intimate or romantic unfortunately. The second reason I would second guess returning was the size of the restaurant, it is incredibly small and they have packed as many tables in as they possibly can, it makes moving around in the dining area a challenge for EVERYONE. Fantastic food though and it’s possible the 2nd location they opened eliminates some of my issues. I would absolutely recommend Work and Class for a delicious dinner out, but maybe pick a time that they won’t be packed if you want to be able to have conversations without yelling at each other.

We loved the ambience and the service was great. I ordered the braised short ribs and goat cheese mashed potatoes. My wife ordered the waygu flat iron. The waygu plate looked to be completely covered in blood. We realized there was a glaze that came with the steak, but the presentation was horrible. Even the table next to us was put out from having to look at the plate while we dined.

The flavor of the flat iron was great, cooked perfectly. My short ribs were ok.. I’ve had plenty of short ribs and these were consistent with a Sunday roast. Not mind blowing. The goat cheese mashed potatoes were good.

The bananas Foster cream cheese and the drinks were the stars of the show. We joked that we should’ve skipped dinner and gone for the dessert and cocktails.

I’d definitely give it another visit and opt for something closer to their South American roots.

Sit back, relax, and let the kitchen do the Work. Had a great dinner at this snug and slightly edgy restaurant. I recommend reservations for peak times as seats fill up fast, and yes, space is tight in here. There's a covered patio with some counter seating that is still partially used during winter, but I wouldn't count on finding a seat for a party of larger than 2. Parking, as typical of this area of RiNo, is a bit tricky so expect to walk a few blocks if you drive.

The lighting is moody and volume can get pretty loud, between the music, chatter, and kitchen, so be warned if you're not a fan of that kind of environment.

Okay, onto the good. It is child-friendly, and staff are happy to pull up a high chair on request. Staff - another delight, super friendly and flit between tables with speed and fluidity that doesn't seem possible with the narrow gaps between tables. The most breathing room you'll get is when you make your way down the hallway to the restroom.

The menu is set up to be shareable, but you could also just go solo and try a few things as portion sizes can be tailored to the party and your appetite. E.g., add on another cornbread muffin or empanada to your apps, and choose your poundage of protein. The proteins were the highlights of the meal, with oh-so-tender short rib, birria style absolutely melting in our mouths and a picahna that if you closed your eyes, you'd think was coming from a classy Brazilian steakhouse. The appetizers and sides were tasty but not standout. The tuna on our sope was so fresh, but the sope itself was a little dry and tough. Blue corn empanadas and brussels sprouts did not leave an impression. Similarly, this isn't a place I think I'd come for drinks since the cocktails were just okay.

The prices are reflective of chef's notoriety, ingredients, and quality, but the wallet will still hurt. I'll be coming back to check out some more rotations and creations of the meats and go easy on the apps!

It was my first time. Not sure who but their power went out and they apologized but when I asked if they were open some guy was like no we’re not open on a very sarcastic tone. It was quite rude. I understand the situation is stressful but a guest should never be treated in that way.

Fun and reasonably priced. Most of the food was excellent although the salmon was nothing special. Really enjoyed the portion sizes as you get to try a lot of stuff. Fun vibe overall.

The food here is to die for. My brother in law and his wife hosted a family dinner here a few days after their wedding. I had a killer mocktail. They ordered every meat dish and many sides, and we all got a small portion. Lots of A+ meat, really nice salad, and flavorful sides.
