We had an incredible experience at Xiquita! The meal was absolutely exquisite and instantly transported us back to our recent vacation in Oaxaca. A major highlight was the Sikil Pak - which had a wonderful spicy nutty flavor. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic flavor in Denver!

I really wanted to like this restaurant, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I ordered a $16 cocktail that arrived with nearly a third of the glass filled with plain ice that the drink didn't even touch — it felt like I paid premium price for watered-down presentation. They also brought out the wrong taco, and when my correct order finally arrived — a $14 fish taco — the portion was tiny and the fish itself was terrible. To make things worse, the tamale I ordered tasted like canned corn had just been dumped on top with no effort to incorporate it or add flavor. Overall, the quality of the food and attention to detail were far below expectations. Very disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend this place.
