Everything about this place is amazing. The vegan options are delicious, especially the chili wontons. If you have the hot green tea with the eggplant dumplings, it's heavenly. One of the best spots with vegan options in Denver.

Gourmet dim sum is so on the rise in Denver which makes it a great time to be alive as is the whole experience at Yuan - The restaurant is such an enjoyable, original layout with large, open-air environs, ample patio seating and a view of the kitchen where you can watch the lovely owner and head chef enjoying her craft in such a content manner that you can't help but join her in the feeling. You can easily ignore the view to the kiddies' excitement at the nearby playground...
