We've been longtime supporters from their food truck days and we can't stop dropping in. We love the variety and the rotating menus along with the special chifa nights. The team is always providing charming and friendly service while creating amazing food that is ALWAYS hitting the spot. Dine in, take out, or even make at home with their frozen dumplings.

This was my second time eating at Yuan Wonton and it was just as exciting and delicious as the first time!! The Jok (rice porridge) is SO flavorful, the chili wontons are a staple, and we tried the fried chicken buns - PERFECTION. I always wish my stomach was bigger so I could eat more, but I guess I'll just have to come back ;) Thank you, Chef Wong, for giving us such an incredible place to eat in Colorado.

What can I say? Lots! When you follow a place on Instagram and live far away you get super excited to try out this restaurant for the first time. Chef Penelope is a bad asss. We didn't have reservations and were seated at the bar which I was truly excited about as I could see the kitchen and watch the magic. What did I see?
