I recently visited this bar and was left feeling embarrassed and disrespected by the bartender over something as trivial as grabbing some salt for my drink. Instead of politely pointing out that I should have asked, the bartender decided to make a scene in front of other patrons, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple reminder would have sufficed, but instead, I was made to feel embarrassed for no reason.
Customer service is supposed to be about making the guest feel welcome, not publicly shaming them. I expected more from this place, and unfortunately, I left with a sour taste—literally and figuratively.

Husband and I walked in stood at bar and we asked bartender if we could see a menu she said sure we sat down and she walked off and got her phone. Several minutes later my husband had to call out that we would like a drink and to order food. Mind you there was only one other person at the bar, she came over we told her what drinks we wanted she made them and walked off again and actually sat at total other end of bar with someone who had walked in and again finally my husband raised his hand to signal that we are ready to order. Let me say we are both industry people so we would never ever snap our fingers or do anything disrespectful, if anything her service was disrespectful. We ordered nachos with beef they came out and the cook actually brought them to us, my Diet Coke is sitting empty while she sits and does a shot at end of bar. Unfortunately the beef so burnt on the nachos that we took one bite and couldn’t do it. This time my husband got up and walked mid bar just to kinda wave her over and we said can we just pay for our drinks and go. First time in Denver , first place we went and would not go back if same person was working. We aren’t the types to write something off first visit, things happen, but she was just awful.

If ya ever wanna bar with a boxer machine and fire drinks def check it out. I beat the highest score by a lot in 2022 with a score of 1131 so if anyone wanna have some fun with friends with some fire drinks n pool swing by. Retro Room is right next door also so def check them out also.

Cool place, but if you complain about the slow service (they need more bartenders) and the bartender’s girlfriend is around she’ll pick a fight with you. I kid you not. Let’s not over serve our significant others and let them fight customers guys!
