Had a delicious meal. We came in and ordered just drinks for a while, but our server Kaitlyn was incredibly attentive and never forgot about us. We ordered some sushi rolls and enjoyed every bite. Will definitely be back. Worth getting a babysitter for a date night.

I’ve been to this place in person before and the service was fine, so I decided to give their takeout a try since we live nearby. Unfortunately, my experience ordering to-go was terrible. They forgot some of our sushi rolls, and when we went back, instead of acknowledging their mistake, they accused us of stealing a California roll! We didn’t even bring the full order back with us—they just assumed we were lying. It took way too long for them to finally admit their error and give us the missing roll. The fact that they treated us like we were dishonest is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering to-go from this place based on my experience.

The quality was top-notch.
Very disappointed. I forgot my sunglasses on the table and called an hour later, but was told nothing was found. Since tables are cleaned before new customers sit, they couldn’t have just disappeared. I called again and asked them to check cameras, but they refused. They could have quickly checked and told me I didn’t leave them there, but instead I was left with no help. Since they were a special gift, this was especially upsetting and left a very negative impression.
Solid. Good food service and atmosphere. Met a colleague for lunch. Professional. I would go again. Free parking in back is a bonus.

This place has really gone down hill service wise. The kids running the front desk are arrogant and disrespectful and literally get to run the show. The manager Jennifer would rather play best friends with kids then prioritize service and customers. The food is excellent but the children at the desk should be in the back of the house until they can handle being polite and courteous to adults who come to Zen to spend their money. Jennifer, do better you are responsible for the circus.

We made a last-minute decision to go here for dinner, and it was a solid experience.
The menu is huge - there’s an enormous “general” Asian menu (mix of Japanese and Chinese items) in addition to the very large sushi menu. The service was promoted and efficient, and everything tasted good.

Stuck here in Denver because the truck is having several issues, so I came here to eat by Lyft. Honestly, I have no earthly idea why this restaurant does not have a full 5 stars. Seaweed salad is one of my favorite things, and this was hands down, the most fabulous seaweed salad that I've ever had. Not only was it utterly delicious, it was a very generous portion, and it had a large amount of very expensive vegetables and fruit in the base. Normally I am not a fan of mango, but the ingredients combined with it tasted absolutely devine and complimented them like they have been in a century-long marriage together. It just fit like a taste puzzle. Fresh Asparagus, golden cherry tomatoes, high-grade lettuce variety, baby spinach were in it as well. My compliments to whoever prepared that. The sashimi was top grade as well. Fresh, scrumptious, gorgeous. It was like a reward for all the 🔥Hell🔥 I've been through lately! The rolls were awesome. I like that they roll them tighter. I do not have a huge mouth, so I appreciate the extra work on the sushi chef's part so I can chew my food up easier and without looking like a chipmunk stuffing their mouth to prepare for a rough winter. ❄️ The restroom was clean and did not have a foul smell like many restaurant bathrooms. The entire restaurant had a rich ambience and is beautifully decorated, dressed like an imperial lady ready to welcome important guests. As well as being pretty, it was comfortable. Highly recommend, and I have been to Japanese restaurants all over this country.
