I ordered pizza for delivery in February 2025. The driver was not friendly and asked me to add on to his tip, which I did not do. However, he must have written an increased tip on the receipt after leaving because I was charged exactly $4 more than total. I then called the store to ask the manager about it. The manager then refunded me the $4 but did not apologize or offer any other compensation such as a discount next time ordering. He was also not friendly either. I would NOT recommend this store.

Again.... I haven't ordered in almost 2 years and asked for well done!! It's not well done! I wanted to try the stuff crust with the 50% off and continue to mess the order up. I think I'm going back to my local place. Sorry dominos.

I'm usually not one to write reviews, especially negative, but I was surprised by the lack of professionalism and customer service that I experienced on the phone with them yesterday. I placed an order using Uber eats at 6:40 pm, the estimated time on the app showed 7:20-7:40. I decided to call at 7:20 to help them with delivery instructions. The lady on the phone said you're making it harder for us on such a busy day. She wouldn't even allow me to muster out more than 10 words before saying that. Then she told me the driver will call you, I proceeded to give her my number and she seemed upset that I was wasting her time. I decided to remain polite fearing upsetting her more and getting my pizza sabotaged, with her attitude I wouldn't be surprised. Long story short, I must have called 10 times past 8:10 pm requesting an update, no answer. I called Uber eats to cancel the order, they called the establishment, no answer. Luckily I'm getting my money back, but they need to be held accountable for treating people disrespectfully. I'm attaching a screenshot of my app when I was calling Uber eats to cancel the order (you can see the time).

Order took more than 30 minutes, arrived cold, and was missing half of the order. When I called the store they said the half that was missing was expired and then asked why I had called them at all. Huge bummer because I would have liked to have these guys as an Ol’ Reliable.

If I could give less than a star I would. AUGUST IS THE WORST DRIVER EVER HIRED BY DOMINOS DILLON.
He was demanding me to walk all the way to his car to get the food because he didn’t want to deliver it to my door. ISNT THIS WHAT YOU GET PAY FOR AUGUST?!
Complained to manager and of course he did nothing. Corporate will do nothing about it as well. Hard times and you’re not willing to complete your job. What a pity life you gotta have to demand much.
