They charged my CC twice. During payment the screen said approved then the kid working the counter said it did not go through and had to ask 2 other people for help. Another guy came up and said I can't leave because I did not pay and when I showed him the transaction already listing on my CC statement he said that if I get charged twice to come in for a refund. 2 days later and there are still 2 posted transactions so I go in for my refund and they would not do it. The pizza was cold and sad by by the time I was able to get home because it took 15 minutes to pick up my pizza.

I ordered two pizzas from this location and they were 1.5hr late on delivery. And then when they finally delivered the pizzas, they delivered them to the wrong address. I contacted the store who put me in touch with the driver who said he would fix it. He never showed up with the pizzas.

We are extremely healthy people. We order pizza maybe once every six months. As you can imagine it’s very exciting and when it arrives subpar that horrible experience stays with you for a long time. The pizza we received not only had zero sauce, but it also lacked the topping that we requested. This led to the most exciting meal of 2026 to be a total and utter flop. Not only did I feel frustration with every bite, I took on the calories and the guilt without any reward. I had to convince my fiancé to order this pizza only a month outside of our wedding date. My saving grace was that it would be so satisfying and rewarding, and taste incredible. However, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Not only have you risked my future wife fitting into her dress, but you’ve also severely scarred my confidence in dominoes that was already hanging on by a thread. My entire family has told me that Papa John’s is the better decision, but I told them that Domino’s has come a long way. Boy was I wrong. Your crust, your sauce, your inexistent Customer experience has led me to seek vegetarian guidance for future nourishment, structural lifestyle. I couldn’t be more disappointed as I’m a Michigan native and passed by your farm nearly every day. We tell our family that Domino’s is a standup organization that has standards above all other pizza organizations because of they’re down home country roots. Today I’ve been made to a liar. Today I’ve been made into a fool. Recourse, in my opinion is nearly impossible and you’ve forever lost a customer. All I wish is that you improve your experience for the next naïve buyer. However, they’ll likely have the same experience and you’ll lose them too. Maybe 2027 will be a better year for Domino’s Pizza.

Horrible location and horrible customer service. Delivery drivers marking things as delivered that haven’t been delivered. We didn’t get our food at ALL. Whoever was on the phone wasn’t helpful, definitely sounded under the influence and couldn’t properly do their job. People don’t have money to waste. This is crazy. Do better.

I had a completely normal experience/product here in November 2025. Despite so many people posting horrible pizzas on other reviews, I did not have that issue at all. The price of the pizza here is 1/3 of the pizza places elsewhere so it's a no brainer that I will visit this place.

Horrible service. Won’t even greet you. You will stand there for 5-10 minutes until they even ask what you need. Staff are super rude and look like they don’t care or bothered that you even enter. I’d suggest any other pizza shop.
