We sat at the sushi bar. Efficient service. Had miso soup, plenty of nigiri, and spicy salmon rolls. Sake and tea. The fish was good. I thought the rice was undercooked, but that may just be the reality of cooking rice above 9000ft.

My recent dinner experience left me with mixed feelings. Nozawa is a go-to place for us - the sushi makes a tasty appetizer, the hibachi is super delicious, and we always have a very good time when we visit. Its very busy so a reservation is a must.Vegetarian options: See below - veggie options limited but pescatarian is a better choice.Dietary restrictions: Veggie only was a bit tough (they do have one tofu option) but I went for shrimp as a bit of a treat. Generally, I try to do tofu but indulged. Don't judge me!
