Our daughters wedding at The Pavilion in Silverthorne August 2023 was catered by Gilchrist Catering and we were very pleased with the end result. From the appetizers to the salads and main entrees everyone truly enjoyed the food. The cake was also delicious! Gilchrist catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding at Windy Point Campground. Bill and his staff were so kind and patient with our group. Every member of their team did such a great job, especially given the fact that windy point does not have electricity or running water. Bill and his team did a phenomenal job catering our wedding. Many people had told us that the food at the wedding was never as good as the tasting but were dead wrong. Not only was the food amazing (his garlic mashed potatoes are to die for and his salmon is liked by people who normally don't like salmon) but he took our request to make short ribs which was not on his original menu.
