Cofa Coffee is a cozy local coffee shop serving fantastic breakfast sandwiches, delish coffees, and simple food options, including vegan and gluten-free sandwiches. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with old school punk rock on the radio, skateboards on the wall, and friendly staff like Mr. Paul who has been there for years. Located between Keystone and Breck near Lake Dillon, it’s a great spot for a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or refueling during a bike ride. The coffee is dark and rich, and the menu includes impossible burritos, sausage options, breakfast bagels, muffins, and croissants. With easy parking and comfy seats, it’s far better than any hotel or ski village offering.
