Horrible. I just got 5 minutes down the interstate and opened my sandwich. It was a chicken bacon ranch toasted. There was NO CHICKEN IT WAS NOT TOASTED. This was the worst experience. I just had an operation and all I wanted was a sandwich. Check your order. I paid $13 for trash.

Wasted an entire 2 sandwiches... Didn't realize the Italian sandwich came doused in mayo. That should come with a warning while ordering or be an add-on option. Who TF wants an Italian sandwich smothered in white goop?

I get jimmy john pretty regularly, this sandwich I received today 12/8/24 was below average. The bread seamed like it was day old dry and flakey, The lettuce was soggy, not fresh. Tomato was slimy. And the selection of chips were a bag or two of a few flavors. I don’t normally leave reviews but this isn’t a normal experience at this Jimmy johns

Bummed about our experience tonight at this location. We put in an order for one sandwich as we passed through to get our kids something to eat. Google says the store closed at 8 pm. We stopped at 720 pm. When we get there, the door is open and my husband goes inside. The teenage worker had headphones in mopping the floor. Didn’t even hear him. My husband said he had an order to pickup but the kid said “we are closed due to labor”. And is there any way we can cancel the order. The other employee was another teenager and everything in the restaurant was all closed up ready for them to leave. Seems they just wanted a reason to close the store early and get out of there. I understand closing a few mins early but closing 30-40 minutes? I got a call a few mins later saying my order had come through again and i asked why they were closing early and he said “labor costs are through the roof right now so yeah, sorry”. Not sure why the teenagers are going to know labor costs are through the roof but i asked them to make sure my order is cancelled and refunded. Weird.

A Jimmy John's that still serves Dijon mustard?! That alone deserves 5 stars! Food was great. The crew working there was nice. Got my food fast so I could get my guys back at the jobsite fed quickly.
Waited for order as I watched the kid make the food. Then he sat the order aside with receipt, didn’t bag it and didn’t call out a name. He started on a second order. I waited then asked if that order was done he said oh is this yours? Unfortunately things were made wrong. Slims has no cheese and #5 made incorrectly. I will say the guy I talked to about the order after was very kind and wanted to know how to make the order right. Eating my lettuce wrap the wrapper was folded in half with words touching food so dye was coming off onto my lettuce wrap. He was helpful and felt bad he got up with a hurt leg to help make it right. I get it could be new kids and summer is crazy time. Just spending $50+ for only 4 sandwiches is a lot to spend to not get orders right.

It's Jimmy John's, but the staff make it feel like a Locals Joint. You can order online if you are always working (like me) or chillout.

Don’t do door dash! I didn’t know JJs does their own delivery through door dash. After 45 mins of “preparing my order” I was directed to call the store. They were rude, told me I must have picked the wrong store location, then realized they had already delivered my order that i selected “hand it to me” to someone else. They brought me more food…but were not polite at all. I tipped 10$ to drive 3 minutes and payed door dash fees.This store should not be on door dash.
