Based on the reviews, True Blue Coffee, Gelato & Cafe is a really cute, quiet spot off the highway. The owners are super nice and friendly, and the staff provides great service. The coffee is excellent, with a honey pistachio latte that was yummy and a cold brew that was on point. The food is delicious, including a breakfast sandwich and bagels with cream cheese. The gelato is also delicious, with the owner letting customers taste different flavors. The atmosphere has really good and grounded energy, with outdoor seating offering a great view. It is a great go to spot for coffee in Summit county and worth driving a few stop lights off of I-70.
